SGM SNRENG HVY How long have you been in Shock? before i left the server i was in shock for 4 or 5 months and now that i have come back it's been about 2 or 3 weeks How much time do you have on the server? i have around 1500 hours on the server Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I feel I deserve the position as I've had past experience I have dedication and determination to help this battalion and help the people I it and making sure it's a fun time but also a functioning battalion and for it to thrive and I love this battalion the people in it I have done way more than my quota is for the past weeks I've been a NCO showing I can put work into this battalion and I've been a Vice Commander in this branch before so I know how to operate and help with that experience and I can just be a big help if you ask me I can most likely give an answer right then and there. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? My time on the ISD has included the following. being a part of the royal guard and learning valuable responsibility lessons there. People know I have a natural leader aspect so when they have problems they come to me. Also since I am a staff member I know the responsibility and care that comes with the title 2LT. i feel i can be trusted with this position because most people who know me and have been in a battalion with me can vouch for me that when i am put to the test the hard stuff doesn't phase me i am a D1 college athlete so i know when it's time to be serious and i know when it is an appropriate time to goof off. in this position i will not let you down i am back and better than ever and am willing to do whatever you would require of me. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants don't? I have past experience being a Vice commander in this branch and I've done a lot and I have lots of dedication and determination that I'm putting into this battalion. i can bring a sense of order and communication to shock i always inspire order within the battalion and i always have within shock order makes us look professional and makes others look up to us and eventually joining our cause. if i get chosen for this position i will do the following. first thing would be to hold my other shock members to the same standards i would myself because in the sop it states shock is supposed to be one of the most serious battalions. another thing i can bring to the battalion includes determination. my entire life i have struggled with learning because i have dysgraphia that's why these paragraphs your reading probably have a lot of punctuation errors and run on sentences but atleast i am willing to put forth my best effort. putting aside the fact that it's embarrassing to have people read my writing because its so bad. but in conclusion i can bring a lot to the battalion and i hope you could have me as an officer. CSM How much time do you have on the server`? i have over 8 months of actively playing on this server but according to the server tab menu i have 7 weeks in game time Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? i have put a lot into shock and i have been brought down with the harshest of actions that were meant to keep me down for good and keep me from getting back up and coming back stronger every time. i feel i deserve this position because i know my way around shock and have been with shock for so long through thick and thin when shock was the most inactive battalion on the server i brought it up from the ground i have made many documents redone multiple documents such as CQC docs, tryout docs for general shock tryouts and sub battalions, as well as K2SO documents, i was the lead of K2SO for some time and also lead of CQC twice and also a Ex VCDMR and EX COL of shock. i have trained the entire command team of shock including most officers and i just want to put work in and get my job done. Name and Rank: Joe | Shadow Guard VII Are you in Shadow Guard?: yes How active can you be?: i can be extremely active i have been active an extreme amount since i joined RG i have probably 70% of my time on the server on my RG job i have been active everyday besides when i have been on LOA. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: very familiar Are you experienced with being a Game Master and how they function?: yes i know all the ins and outs Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: ON Ship: the ISD is traveling threw hyperspace when they get an alert on the radar, a rebel ship is coming out of hyperspace the rebel ship proceeds to attack the ISD using rebel elites as well as regular rebels (NPC's). the rebel elites are after the plans for the new model of ISD's being created so they can find the weakness for future attacks, one rebel is taken prisoner and is questioned and executed. OFF SHIP: A local ISB agent has landed in the MHB and has a mission for the ISD. He has intel of a rebel base located on the planet of endor possibly containing jedi and sith holocrons along with a refinery for precious medals they are mining in a local cave near the Rebel base. the ISD has been tasked with going down and wiping out the base and recovering all intel and holocrons and metals. whilst on the planet the ISD's troops are attacked by rebel elites and a jedi the ISD is able to fend off the attack and recover the items and returns to the ISD. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a command member in shock because i have a extensive background in shock including being vice commander in shock once before. me and all of the troops in shock have a mutual respect for each other, they always come to me for any problems they have and and questions etc. I know all the ins and outs of shock and even people from other battalions will come to me specific for reports or questions about shock. after my removal from shock i felt beat, but i remembered what my old sovereign protector told me when i was just a CDT in RG "If you get removed or striked dont stay down get back up and prove that you are better" and thats exactly what i did. I was demoted from my sub branch and rank of vice commander back down to major but i fought my way up the ranks proving each and every time i got promoted, that "I am that guy pal". i have became even stronger than before, more matured and less mingy of course. But i cant take all the credit, Id like to say that Gallen, Cella, Faltion, Ken, Humpherey, and fearmont are one of the reasons i am here in my COL position and also the lead of a sub battalion, these guys have brought out my true seriousness for roleplay and the respect they show is enough to where you feel special like you have done something right, i have trained these fellas from the start, from a 5 man tryout to five of my best officers. these boys have showed so much determination and hope for me and they are what keep me excited to get on every day and do my job to the best of my ability so they can have the best experience in shock. 4.How much game time do you have on the server? I have 7 weeks in game Time on the server 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is too instruct, Listen, Encourage, Lead, and set an example for the battalion. one of the best commanders i had who fills every spot on the list of perfect example of commander would be my good bud General Bon, when bon was the commander of shock everyone looked up to him, the way he carried himself and interacted with the troops was the attitude of a real leader. when i would do something wrong he would call me out on it but not in an aggressive nasty way, in a respectful adult way, because just because i was a lower rank he still thought of me as an equal and treated everyone like so. my ideals of a commander are all things i have worked on the entire time i have been stripped of vice commander. I have done multiple officer trainings, hosting weekly meetings, taking battalion complaints from others outside of shock, redoing documents, dealing with internal affairs , all this whilst making sure all my troops are ok and doing well and listening to anything they have to say. a commander should always be on the best behavior and always treat others with respect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : When i got removed from vice commander i didnt question it, i knew what i had done was wrong and i knew i had not been being the correct role model for Shock. I knew what i had to do, i had to better myself and prepare myself for this position. i have learned what one needs to do in order to prosper in this position and all the right steps to being a good leader. i have also taken on the role of COL which is right under vice commander and have been doing everything i can to right my wrongs and be the leader i should have been before. you can trust me with this position because being a leader is in my nature, i have always been a natural leader people have looked up to me and follow what i do my entire life. i did not take this position as i should before but i am ready now 7.
