-Support I have to agree with Chad... I honestly believe that you would warn everyone for the smallest things if accepted as a trial mod. Although it's part of the job, not everyone needs a warn in every situation. You need to understand that this is a server full of a lot of little rules and sometimes it's okay to let small things slide. It's a game and it should be fun, not a law class in GMod. I think that if you would take it a little easier I would +support this because obviously knowing the rules well is a great asset as a staff member, but for now it's staying as a -support. Also, not to mention the fact that you just made a global LOA 3 hours after your application was posted...

For one, I am very experienced. I have gained a lot of experience, dealing with almost every situation that I can think of, and I have never had a staff report against me to this day. If this were a situation where I am a Moderator, I would first freeze the player with my physgun, then gag them, then jail them for 600 seconds, warn them for Mass RDM (and possibly staff diss if they were being disrespectful), and call for an Admin+ to ban them for 5 days (as per the staff handbook). If no Admin+ was available, I would get a Senior Moderator to ban them for 12 hours and I would make a ban request to extend it on the forums. If this would happen with me as a Senior Moderator, I would do the same thing, but instead ban them myself for 12 hours and make the ban request.

+Support It happened 2 years ago. If it was something more serious, I would -support, but like I said, this happened 2 years ago and it was simply for dissing SMT. People say dumb things in the moment, and I think that Compton deserves another chance. The server has changed so much since then, with new SMT and new players specifically. I don’t think that Compton will do this again or cause any more grief to the server as I believe 2 years is enough time to reflect on one bad decision. However, I wasn’t around when Compton was around so I am just going off of this forum post. If there is something I don’t know about, please let me know.

The war between BWA vs. POL, SYP and Lengyl has come to an end. Both sides have marked each other as neutral on their rosters. There will no longer be targeting, toxicity, etc. on the server. Both sides have agreed not to boast about who won because it was decided that nobody won. Violation of this rule from either of the 4 families will result in a warning, strike or removal.

major +support for the SNR promotion boundary, I think it would be a good idea to have a supervisor run them through a timed route going code 2 and seeing how well they do with clearing intersections, staying on the road, etc. I've seen a lot of shitty low-rank PD players on the road lately to be quite frank
