  1. Well its been fun guys, but Im starting the process of moving to a new home and starting a new job in Dallas. The training requires me to go to Virginia for 4 weeks, and then another 5 weeks of further training back home in Texas, so I will no longer will be able to play for some time. I love you guys, thanks for keeping things fun! Hobbs - One of the best naval, always knew when to be serious and when to fuck around. See ya around bro. Tucker - The biggest nerd (ig hes a great admiral too) RJ - do good things with 31st mate Everyone else - Dont remember me as a minge, but as...actually no thats pretty accurate. BYE GUYS!
  2. -/+ Support App is very short and undetailed
  3. What is your ingame name?: Joules What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:49442603 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Sub Lieutenant What specialty are you applying for?: Engineering Officer What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: Admiral Koga What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: The 31st is one of the most important and functional battalions on the ship with more than a couple responsibilities. I believe that I can bring some new ideas on training and situational protocols, working with my fellow engineering officers and the leaders of the 31st to set up training simulations and the like. I would also attempt to help strengthen the relationship between the 31st and Naval, acting as an "in-between" for the battalion and naval command, as the 31st has responsibilities that intertwine with the work that naval does and need to be a lot more involved than they seem to be now. With the support of the other EOs and I, well put together training sims, and maintaining a healthy relationship between 31st and Naval, I believe this battalion will be far more appealing to players who want to serve a purpose here. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I have been with the server since December, am a dedicated Naval member, and have never received a strike in any battalion. I am on every day for at least one to three hours in the mornings, and at least four to eight hours throughout the day on weekends and the days I don't work. I know when to be serious and when its okay to joke around a bit. I know my place here, and never overstep those above me, nor do I disrespect or disregard those under me. Why do you want this rank?: As stated before, I want to work to help make 31st more appealing to join. I am also looking to take on more responsibilities within naval, and this would do just that. One of the reasons I chose Engineering Officer is because I personally love the satisfaction that come from making things work irl, and know how electrical systems and the like work so I feel this is a good fit for me. I see the potential of how great we can make 31st, and want to do everything in my power to make it happen. I have a lot of ideas on training simulations that would be very beneficial, and I would like to be able to implement these on a regular basis to keep things fun and moving for everyone! Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Absolutely. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: I understand that my responsibilities with this position firstly would be making sure the ship is in top notch shape at all times, as well as supervising training and tryouts for the battalion. I will be making sure that all troopers within 31st have the knowledge and support they need to do any task their job requires of them, and if any troopers are not performing sufficiently, to help them get to where they need to be through training and coaching.
  4. +Support +A good roleplayer who knows when to be serious and when its okay to mess around a bit +Seems to genuinely care about the server
  5. +Support +Pretty active, good RP
  6. In-game name: IC RCT Joules 2986 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:49442603 Current RP rank on StarWarsRP: IC Recruit Have you donated to the server?: Yes, Darth rank and soon a CC Have you been banned on any GL server before?: No Have you received any warnings (please give reasons if applicable)?: No How much time do you have on the server?: About 20 hours playtime How well do you know the LORE? Explain: My knowledge of Star Wars lore is quite extensive. I have a considerable size of expanded universe books that I have read through a few times, and I watch/study a lot of star wars lore videos in my free time. (Of course I have seen all the movies multiple times) Why do you WANT to become a Gamemaster?: I enjoy creating fun and immersive environments for players who enjoy anything from passive RP to planetary events. Im also on a lot in the mornings and evenings, and I know during this "down time", players find their own ways of entertainment that usually involve minging or close to it. I would like to help give players something fun to do during these times other than mindlessly kill each other. Why should you be trusted to be a Game Master?: I have only ever been a game master for one other server (Galactica Gaming Revival), but i was able to work my way up and eventually become the head game master for the server. I would like to prove myself, and would not do anything to risk the reputation of the server or myself. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: I have extensive knowledge of ULX commands Are you experienced with being a Game Master and how they function?: I have experience as a gamemaster from a dead server. I will be honest, it was not nearly as organized as this server, but I will learn the inner workings quickly. Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: On-Ship: A team of rebel commandos sneak onto the ship by becoming stowaways on a visiting governor's/moff's ship, achieving this due to a poor security check. While everyone is distracted with the visiting official, the rebel strike team will slip away to disable the ships systems and engines, preparing for a larger strike force to board the ship, undetected with ship systems down. While the troopers and naval are formed up, listening to a speech being given by the visiting official, the ships engines will go down and the alarms will sound, prompting the troopers to organize protection for the official, and to search out the malfunction. Rebels will attack during the search. After being subdued, ship systems will be repaired and the official will be sent on his way to prevent further harm. End of event. Off-Ship: Troopers will be sent to a city to patrol and keep the peace after reports of civil unrest and acts of rebellion. During the patrols, there will be actors playing as "unruly citizens" that will harass the troopers and protest the empire. While the troopers are dealing with these actors, an underground cell of extremists (comparible to Saw Guerra's freedom fighters) will attack and attempt to push the empire out of the city. Forces will be drawn back to the ship in retreat after a good fire fight. End of event. This could be a two-part event where troopers go back to the city after some time, more prepared and ready to uproot the rebel cell. Do you know how to give a weapon/SWEP to yourself/someone? (Give an example): Go into spawnlist, rightclick and choose "spawn with toolgun" and click on the person receiving item. Do you know how to model yourself/someone? (Give an example): !model "model name" @ or their name Have you read the Gamemaster Guidelines?: I have read and understand the guidelines, and am prepared to follow every word.
