  1. I have been on the server for a long time. I feel I don't have much fun on the server anymore , and it fells like a job that I don't get paid for. If you take one or maybe two days off you get scolded for inactivity . But thats not important anyway I think Its safe for me to just walk away from the server in general. Velimir- You were gone 98% of your time as VCMDR , but have fun with CMDR I guess. Wealthy - You are a little crazy , also you didn't even apply for VCMDR so I don't know how you just was given it but good luck. Wheat/Bread- You honestly made me want to be a better VCMDR . You always came up to me with suggestions and spoke your mind. I'm sorry I couldn't improved the battalion more for people like you just know it wasn't my fault. I hope you get this VCMDR spot just beware you might not want it. OBUnting- You are the longest standing havoc member , and I tip my hat to you. Kavis- Stay yourself my guy Bet- you'll make a good officer Barret/Bear/Boss - You and me always got along since the old ST days. I wish you the best. Steel- You are the one who really made me want to be a RG , and you've done so much for the battalion probably Sovereign ever. Name- You made me strive to be a Shadow Guard. I know since I got VCMDR my time there has been little , but I enjoyed none the less. Reddington - Your such a nice person , even though we didn't get to talk much. AK9 - You and SB3 was always the best DT. I wish you the best and stay GOATED lol. sorry Radio- You always spoke your mind and was a good person to talk to. Didn't have a filter but still a good guy. Other Hale- Your the Imposter Joe- your my favorite naval I wish you the best. Jaeger - You were always nice to talk to. If your not on this list I either didn't talk with you that much or I just don't remember you at the time of writing. I do remember all the memories on this server. Maybe in the future I'll come back , but as it stands now this is goodbye. -Havoc Vice Commander , SHG IV , Former ST 1LT , Former Naval AO Lieutenant , Former DT SGT Hale signing off
  2. + Support - Really cares for the battalion - Pretty Active - Has been in Havoc for a long time Con - Unfortunately he does have strikes. However I don't think those in the past should reflect on him as a possible Vice Commander now.
  3. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Havoc EODS MAJ Hale 5125 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Havoc 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Commander , because I want to improve and maintain the battalion to be the best it can be. I have been in Havoc for a long time even though I am a Major , cause I had to take some time away from the server. I have always had the battalions best interests in mind. Overall I want to make Havoc as enjoyable as possible for new and current members of the battalion. I have a few changes in mind , some of which involve the Sub-battalions cause I think they need some work. As well as the current inactivity in the battalion , I want to put more strict ways of tracking who is actual making the battalion better and who is slacking off . In the end I will stay Havoc no matter the decision. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 3 weeks of in total on the server game time. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The Commander's main purpose is to Improve and maintain the battalion, and keep it enjoyable for all members. As well as to be the role model and example of the battalion , and to be the face of the battalion for high command. To overall keep finding ways to make the battalion as interactive as possible with the community and the members of the battalion. This being said I believe the Commanders are to be held to the highest standard for the responsibility of ever member of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I take my job as a officer very seriously , and I always try to set a example. I never minge even though I am aware there is a time for fun and jokes , taking action the hinders and tarnishes Havoc's reputation is unacceptable and I have zero tolerance for it. I have also been in Havoc longer than 98% of the roster so I now the in's and out's of the battalion. I always try to do my job the best that I can do no matter the circumstances. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am on the server every day for at least 3-4 hours , however with my job I get off work at 10PM EST so I am mostly on at nights. The days I have off however I am on the server most of if not the entire day. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have zero warnings.
  4. What is your ingame name?:Hale What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:123782461 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Ensign What specialty are you applying for?: Aviation Officer What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: Versio | Joe What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? I can help bridge the gap between SF and Naval. In my time as Naval I've noticed that either SF and Naval are not on the same page, or are just kind of butting heads with each other. I can help ease any tension that could come up , and help both battalions exchange Information/Point of views. Due to work I can only be on at night (EST) (or my days off ) which not many are on the server at the time, so I can increase activity for those on at that time. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I have been a Officer in most battalions I have been in , if not I have been a high NCO. I have zero strikes/warns. I don't minge , especially when placed in a position I feel I need to set a example in. I always try to do what my job requires to the fullest . Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank to improve the battalion . Not just Naval , but hopefully SF as well. This rank will help me achieve that goal. I also prefer manning ATC over the other sectors , and this helps tie in to that role. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Absolutely What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: To control the air traffic coming in and out of the ISD. As well as to help maintain the SF corps.
  5. +Support +Active +Knows what he is doing. +Very Nice and Friendly +A very good officer + Professional Behavior
  6. 1.Whats your ingame name?: ST HVYS SGM Hale 5125 2.Whats your steam id?: STEAM_0:1:123782461 3.Did you read the ST Sop?: Yes , I have it open and ready for me to look over anytime I have a question about anything whenever I'm on the server. 4.How long have you been on the server: I have 5 days time played. I've been on the server for one month almost two. 5.How many warns do you have?: I have zero warns , have never been pulled by a admin or even arrested for that matter. 6.Why do you want to be a 2LT: I want to be a 2LT to better serve the ST corps . Becoming a officer will allow to have more charge over the ST's and help me organize and promote those who deserve it. I also want 2LT to have more responsibility over the battalion as a whole as I feel I hold myself to high standard as a senior NCO , I would hold a even higher standard as a Officer. 7.What Timezone are you?: EST 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: I feel that I command the regiment very well. I hold tryouts and PT whenever I can. Often I am the one to hold PDB on the after hours when no officer or CSM is on. I have held at least a good fifteen or twenty PDB , a few which after a event only one or none ST's showed up to bunks for. I try to organize the battalion we ever possible , I am normally the first to comms in to report to battle stations or to bunks for PDB. I have found that relating to troops inspires them to perform better ( even a few of the minges have stopped once I've talked to them). Respect is always held towards the officers once I am present as I remind the ST to salute our CO's. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: I believe I really stand out amongst my peers, as mentioned before I hold myself to a standard of being a NCO I even point out to my fellow NCO when they act out of line that they need to set a example for the enlisted and other battalions. My attendance is another thing I am happy to mention , I am on the server for at least one or two hours a day even if I have work that day and I get home at 11pm . I have only put in a LOA once when my work required me to be away for a few days . I also believe I take more charge than almost all NCO's at my position, multiple times I have watched a higher rank standby and do nothing and I led the ST's during a late night event. Nevertheless I remain dedicated to the Stormtrooper battalion even if I am deemed to not be worth of officer.
