(Can be any length): I think, I deserve this rank since I have experience on other servers and have a lot of knowledge about being a staff member and also dealing with peoples reports as intended. I'm a very dedicated person and I like to help out people. I'm helpful, friendly, a little bit of a troll sometimes i mess around and also be a goofy but I think that is also needed of being a part of staff team and not just be strict all the time. I may not be that professional to some people, but trust me I will always finish my work once i started it till the end. I also ensure giving people their correct punishment. I will also ensure not siding with peoples reports for a example it would be, someone called a sit and the person calling a sit is a friend of mine I would not side with him and say that my friend is always correct I will judge accordingly and correctly for both(or more) of the people in the sit. I deserve also this rank due of my timezone. When I'm on almost low amount of people are on and a little percentage is the staff team so I think I could also help out in those parts. In all honestly me applying for this position is just to help out the community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First of all I would bring him somewhere where he can not RDM anyone and then freeze him If he starts cursing at me and spams chat I would warn him for those incompetence actions and then mute/gag him. After that I will explain to him what he did wrong and how he is not allowed to do after, that I will ask him if he had a reason for those kills (RP reason) If not I would call another senior member of the staff team and tell him what he did and then I would give him a warning for MRDM and then a 5 day ban depending on the severity of his action (If he like MRDM during a training/tryout or event).
