  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : DT AX4 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Death Troopers 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a Vice Commander for a few reasons, one of the main ones being that I have been an Officer for quite some time, several months even. I'm saying this because it also indicates that I have enough experience to help build the regiment up to where it needs to be and with School starting, the server is getting new people while the current ones aren't able to be as active within the regiment. I feel like I'm capable of being a Vice Commander without a doubt and I know what DT should be like, therefore I would be able to sustain that image unless changes need to be made in order for the regiment to adapt to the server. It would also be a really nice change of pace and it's something I've been interested in for a long time. I'm fully aware that as a Vice Commander there will be a lot of responsibility, I acknowledge and accept the responsibility that will come with the rank. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 5 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander/Vice Commander is to oversee the regiment and make sure everything is operating as it's supposed to with the best efficiency possible. Their job is to make sure the Officers are doing what they're supposed to do so the Enlisted and NCOs can one day become excellent officers themselves. The Commander/Vice Commander's top priority is to make sure everything is circulating as it's supposed to which includes taking care of Roster Updates, handing out promotions as needed, handling disciplinary action regarding Officers and handling regimental relations with other battalions (such as missions, SIMs, etc.). 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I've been in DT for almost a year and regardless of what's transpired, good or bad, I am still here. That alone should state that I'm not here to create any unneeded issues nor do I intend on making the regiment look bad or operate as anything other than efficient. If you're expecting me to talk about how I'm the better DT than the others applying for the position then you're going to be disappointed. I never put myself on a higher pedestal than my fellow DT regardless of who they are or what their rank is. However, I can and will use the Vice Commander position to enforce the SOP and/or disciplinary as needed. I'm not perfect and I have made mistakes in the past which I'm sure many others have done, however I have learned from those mistakes and used them to make myself into a better DT. If the application is denied for the reason that I have made mistakes then that's fine because I would rather get the position with honesty rather than try and convince you that I'm someone that I'm not. (If you want to know the severity, I spoke in bunks. It was an oversight but since then I have learned from this and used this to become a better DT. That's also the only strike I have ever had in DT.) 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be pretty active (5 days a week minimum unless something happens IRL). 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No.
  2. In-Game name: DT AX4 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:104581407 Rank: CSM How long have you been in your current rank?: I was recently reinstated as a CSM for reasons regarding my LOA. What experiences in leadership do you have?: Before my LOA I was a 1LT in DT, I also spent quiet a bit of time in Shock's Special Task Force as well as a KX unit. I also have extensive experience outside of PC gaming. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I was an officer previously before I went on LOA, it was a position I took seriously and I seek to do so again. I could sit here and go on and on about what drives me to be a DT Officer but if you want the honest truth, I want to help the regiment that motivated me to be incredibly active to begin with (I was active almost daily). When I was an Officer I would often help the newer enlisted as well as the new NCOs figure out what to do in order to progress as a DT. I want to be an Officer for the exact same reason as before, to help the regiment I've put so much time and dedication into. I'm not the type of person to roll over when someone starts getting upset or out of control, if I see an issue or someone causing problems within my regiment then I have full intentions to handle it accordingly. I was also trained by AX1 which means I adopted many of the same DT qualities he taught me, though I have experience as enforcement he still taught me some very important aspects to being a DT. Regarding enforcement, I don't make biased decisions, if someone messes up then they will receive proper disciplinary action for their offense. I'm fully capable of dealing with conflict regarding DT, if an issue develops amongst the enlisted or NCOs then I often know the proper approach to the situation. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) I know the reason I'm here and I also know that I'm not above anyone as a human being. I treat everyone with the respect they deserve and if they deserve none then they receive none. I'm very straight forward when it comes to people or conflict but at the same time I do understand that people make mistakes, however I make sure people know that my understanding of their situation doesn't mean I will allow issues to go unaddressed, if they act out of anger or spite then they'll have to deal with the consequences of their actions. The only thing that makes me really stand out is probably my experience, which is something I hope to use as a foundation to create new NCOs and Officers in the future. I'm here to get things done and if that upsets those looking to "have fun" by messing with other regiments or by stalling DT's growth then I'm more than happy to be the one to ruin their fun. I'm open minded and always open to suggestions, I'm also the type of person that if someone is struggling in the server, IRL or both then I'll try my best to be there for them to talk to and if it's a situation I can help them with then I'll try but I'm not too great at helping people with IRL situations. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Yes. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes.
  3. + Support Your form was very well put together and it's definitely not hard to notice that you're serious about the position. The only thing I'm a little iffy about is that you made this not even a day after being a 1SG, it makes me wonder if you're more focused on being a higher rank rather than the actual job itself. However that could just be because you're eager, be cautious with that because in the future it could give people the wrong idea about you and could be a very rough first impression on those you have yet to meet. Good luck!
  4. - Support Your application looks rushed and it was very difficult to read. If you fix this then I might change my vote but for now unfortunately you do not have my support. Good luck!
  5. + Support Your form is good and your name does sound familiar, if I remember correctly you've done a pretty good job since you've been in DT. Good luck!
  6. +/- Support - You're trusted to be a GM which makes me a little more confident in your ability to be a staff member. - I don't think I have heard of you before which makes me wonder how active you are on the server. This doesn't necessarily mean you're inactive but it makes me wonder nonetheless. - Your response to how you would handle the situation was very short and the form had very short responses, it looks rushed and unfinished. You also never really specified your experience as staff, you stated your experience on this server but what about others? If you edit the form so it doesn't look so rushed I'll be able to give you a 100% support response, but for now I don't have enough information to really give you a vote.
  7. In-Game name: AX4 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:104581407 Rank: MSGT How long have you been in your current rank?: 2 weeks What experiences in leadership do you have?: I've been in a leadership position in different groups over the last 5-6 years. I'm not sure if specifics are required in this question so I'm gonna save us both quite a bit of time. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) Honestly, the biggest reason that I want to be an officer is because there isn't many of them. If there aren't enough officers to keep the growing number of enlisted and NCOs from doing anything wrong then the current self-sustaining regiment we are currently in may not be able to remain that way for much longer. Officers are also looked to when there are questions, that also includes the NCOs as well and that's a lot of questions for a small group of officers to be able to handle on their own. My intention is to make sure the the regiment remains self-sustaining so that if someone such as a Vice Commander, Commander or Senior Commander retires the regiment wont crumble. The current officers are doing an amazing job. However everyone has their limits, and once that limit is hit it can be hard to find motivation to continue doing you best for the regiment, especially with the number of officers being as low as it is compared to the amount of enlisted and NCOs. I have no interest in the title itself or the power it has with it, I just want to do my part in keeping the regiment that you all worked so hard to build standing. Truthfully, I don't have an interest in the title or the power it holds, I just want to do my part in making sure this regiment maintains its current reputation and its integrity. I've never seen myself as above anyone but I've never seen myself as below them either, I think that allows me to better understand some of the things that people do and it allows me to discipline them as needed, if it's even necessary. I would be able to teach and enforce the SOP more efficiently specifically because unfortunately people are more likely to listen to an officer rather than an NCO. I wish that was not the case but I've seen this in multiple groups, I have yet to see this in DT but I'm sure it has happened before at one point or another. I chose the name AX4 for multiple reasons, one of them being because I'm focused on doing what I can for DT and nothing less. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) I don't really stand out from the others because that would imply that I'm better than them or that I'm saying as such, and I refuse to say anything even remotely close to that. All of DT are just as competent as one-another and if they're not able to do their job by the time they're a Private then they clearly haven't spent the time reading the SOP like they should have been. Other than that I'd say the only difference between myself and many of the others is likely just experience, however that doesn't make me better than them and it doesn't necessarily mean they would be less of an officer than I am. Here's an example so it's easier to understand what I'm talking about. Let's say a Vice Commander has more experience with interrogation but more often than not they start off too strong which will be less likely to result as desired, however a Corporal walks in and with what others assumed as no experience, gets those desired results. My point is that not everyone is good as the same specific thing, personally I'm best at strategy and enforcement. I'm capable of being a good leader from what I've been told, however if people are doing their job properly I likely wont give orders unless a different objective needs our attention. So to put it into summary of what makes me stand out, the answer is experience. I never see myself as above another person under any circumstances, however if need be I'll use my position to correct what others may do incorrectly. I refrain from immediately resulting to punishment, if for example an NCO gets into an argument with another NCO, I would get both stories and depending on the circumstances and depending on what I heard, that will determine what I do next. I look at both situations before I take any action regarding the situation, however this is depending on circumstances. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? I would be concerned otherwise, yes. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes.
