1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Lord VIII 2. What Regiment are you applying for? : Inquisitor 3. Why do you want to be a Vice Commander of this branch? : I wish to be a Vice Commander in IQ because I have prior experience and dedication to the branch. I enjoyed my time as Second Sister the first time and I wish to expand upon it this time, I am willing to assist wherever IQ is lacking and to better the experience for everybody in IQ/Purge and out of it. The IQ Lore team is currently down two members and I am willing to fill one of the positions up, hopefully I'll be given an opportunity to prove myself once again like I did the last time I was in the IQ Lore Team. I have so much leading experience from previous servers such as being an ARC Commander, Squad Lead in RC, Medical Commander, etc. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? : I have 9 weeks in total within the GMOD Server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Commander for a branch? : The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to make sure the troops stay in line, grow the battalion and to have active members. The Vice Commander must basically be a role model for the troops and to communicate with the officers, NCO's and the enlisted. It is the Vice Commanders job to keep the roster up to date and to hold trainings for the troops as well as keep up with the promotions. If there is anything that needs changing in the battalion the Vice Commander would be the one to make sure these changes happen. They need to also introduce punishments to those who misbehave and disobey orders, basically troops or IQ that step out of line. Subsection A. -Attend weekly meetings. -Show activity on TS & Discord. -Follow the Chain of Command. -Be active at least 3-5 days a week. Subsection B. - Show good leadership and communication skills. -Maintain a professional and mature attitude at all times. -Promote those who show activity & dedication. Subsection C. -Keep your S.O.P. up to date. -Keep your subordinates active & engaged. -Update your roster at least 2-3 times a week. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? : I literally communicate with everyone in IQ/Purge so I feel as if I'd make a fantastic candidate for the position. I never did anything stupid the last time I was Second Sister other than the fact I resigned which was a big mistake on my part, but real life does come first. I hosted a lot of stuff during my previous time as Second Sister and I will try my best to double what I did back then. I've always wanted the best for IQ/Purge and a lot of people will back me up on this statement, just hoping I'll be given the chance to prove that. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can basically be on everyday, as long as I'm not doing work or anything else. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have no warnings at this current time.

Steel listen man, we are homies to the very end and I love you. It's very hard to give you a -Support but you legit don't deserve this position more than Jaeger. I hope you will understand.

BIG +SUPPORT - I can definitely say that this man 100% deserves the position. -You will not find a better person for the job in the current state of IQ Command. -Active literally everyday and does so much for IQ and Purge it's insane. -Does the roster literally all the time, when I was Second Sister I could never hardly even get to it. -He leads very well and knows what he's doing. -Very friendly guy and easy to get along with. -If you need any help with anything within IQ, Jaeger is the guy to go to. {So many other things I can say about this man but I will keep it short} "He deserves the position, just give it to him." ~ Mando ~But keep in mind this guy is super cringe and a furry!~

Alright, so this is going to be pretty difficult for me because I legit love every single one of you guys and I wish you all the best of luck in the near future. When I became Second Sister it was the greatest time I've ever had in a GMOD server, all the friends I met here were absolutely amazing! Honestly there are so many honorable mentions it's hard to narrow them all down, but here are a few. Steel~ The sexiest guy on the server Jaeger~ My all time favorite Second Sister Flanbro~ Ara Ara Red~ When you become a Pro Volleyball Player, I'll be in the stands with a sign saying go Second Step Sister Spectre~ You were always the pretty one also fuck that frog Nimo~ I'll miss you, you've been a really cool guy and a great IQ Commander Member Killuabz~ You will always be remembered as the Second Step Sis Myan~ You will be missed and have been a fantastic Second Sister. Ever since I joined the community you were there, you were an amazing person and an even better friend. I will miss you Jenson, you will never be replaced in my eyes since you were legit the best Seventh Sister.

I really hate giving people a {-Support} but after watching this clip you are most definitely not ready for the position you're going for. You're honestly really lucky if you keep the rank you're at.
