As I'm sure some of you have noticed, my activity these past few weeks has been getting worse and worse. This is in part due to work/irl issues happening, but also due to me not being able to find the motivation to hop on. Therefore I will be resigning as I don't want to take up a COL spot and be inactive. With my next semester of college coming up in a little more than a month, I would've had to resign at that point anyways to focus on that, so I'm just getting it out of the way now. I'll still be around on the server as this is only a CI resignation. I'm not gonna do this whole long list of mentions, I've enjoyed spending time with just about everybody in CI so the list would be way too long. I might be back in CI at some point but for now I'm out. (Longshot on top btw)

What are you suggesting? Add more vent exits throughout the site How would this change better the server? In its current state, it is extremely easy to camp either exit of vents and kill any CI coming out of it, adding an improved and more extensive vent system with multiple options as where to drop would help with this issue as well as give some variety to where CI can come from. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. None that I can think of Who would this change mostly benefit? CI

-Support Once SOP's are adjusted to better fit the new map and everyone gets used to the map as a whole, the experience will be much better than it is right now, reverting would just be a very extreme solution to a temporary problem that is already actively being solved by HCMD/SA and SMT.

Seeing as I've basically only held an officer position in CI, it would be a good experience to hold one within the foundation as well. I would also be a good fit for an officer position because of my activity, I try to be on at least a few hours every day as long as IRL things don't interfere. I have spent a small time in the new RRH system and have had fun with it and I would like to help it grow and be successful (Also bc I have a free life and this would be a fun way to use it). What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: I have been an officer in CI twice, once I made my way to CPT before having to resign due to school, and currently I have earned the rank of MAJ after coming back as a 2LT. I have been apart of this community since late 2021 and have been in an officer position for a majority of that time so I know what the responsibilities and duties are like. I have also recently had the privilege to lead a subbranch which has helped me learn how to listen to feedback and attempt to make the best decisions that benefit the greatest number of people. Before coming to GL, I've had experience from various other servers where I served in similar roles. I also have limited experience in being in an SF (Both RRH and E4). I believe all of this experience combined would make me a good command member. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Personally I try to remain kind to everyone on the server even when we disagree on certain things. I plan on trying to help create and sustain a non-toxic environment within the branch and outside as much as I can. I will also push for us to work with other branches whenever we can as that in and of itself would build better branch relations. For communication, I am always willing to talk to members of other branches, and even if I'm not online, my discord DMs are always open and I will respond as fast as possible.

I don't believe ender meant to seriously accuse GL, It was more than likely an unfortunately timed joke that he didn't know the full legal ramifications of, if he is to remain banned I feel it should at least be shortened +support

I'm going through a lot in my personal life that has basically destroyed my motivation to play on the server. CI was the most fun I had on the server and I love you all but its my time. Ill be around on other servers and ill most likely hop on this one from time to time, but not enough to warrant staying in my current position. And why do you have the strikes if you do? 0 Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? (120 words) I should be trusted with an NCO rank because I love flying and will be very active. I have lots of experience flying against enemies, both bots and other players, and working with a squadron using the flying system that this server uses. I have also been in several leadership positions so I know what it takes to be a good leader. I have run entire subdivisions and companies in other servers I have been in. I believe this previous experience will translate well to this server and being an NCO overall. I have been with various servers since early 2020 and in that time I believe that I have gained the skills and experience needed to be an NCO. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? (50 words) As stated above I can help newer people with how to fly/ rp on the server. I can also host as many trainings are as required of me and teach them any tips or tricks I know about flying these ships. I will apply my experience to fit this position to the best of my ability. What is the main point of NCO? (60 words) The main point of NCO is to start proving your leadership skills to higher ups. As well as to keep the battalion alive and active by recruiting new members and helping them with nay issues they may have . They also need to be able to serve as a good role model for enlisted so they know what and what not to do while on the job. Finally they need to show at least somewhat competence with flying and the procedures around it. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words) If an enlisted were to not be following orders and messing around. I would first talk to them and see if they are knowingly breaking rules. If not I will tell them what the right thing to do is and ask then to please follow orders next time and hopefully, that would be that. If they are knowingly breaking rules I would take it up the proper CoC to get them punished and if necessary, removed.
