I'd work on your reputation, not getting warns, reading the staff handbook again, and just refining your applicationĀ
As said above, you are not ready for staff. Iāve have multiple bad experiences with you and donāt think Iāve ever had a good one.

As the Head I donāt even want this. We used to have 1 car for HC only and it got abused. We donāt need to go anywhere thereās no need. If someone shoots you just report it to staff.
