    I propose a generalization of NLR timers across the board for gov and crim. One number for any situation besides gov raid.

     

    Crim: 5mins regardless of everything besides gov raid. 

     

    Gov: 3 mins regardless of everything besides gov raid

     

    During gov raid depending on which class you are applies the correct timer. For gov, 2 mins, for crim, none. This would make it like SCPRP where the timers are consistent.

I am dedicated to consistently delivering outstanding events to boost player engagement. Events are a vital tool for increasing player count, and I bring a wealth of experience in hosting them. I aim to revive neglected event types and introduce fresh, captivating ones. My focus will be on creating engaging, player-centric events that ignite enthusiasm and prompt more server activity.     Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)  I believe I deserve this rank as I have shown in the past that I can be a very valuable staff member and now that I have the time to play more again I will be able to help out in a greater way. I also have lots of experience staffing on GL and do believe that will help me become a better staff member. I am very confident in my ability to use commands and I can make good judgement calls. I am a very capable member of the community and am well respected within it. I also am command in State and CERT so that can help me prove that I am a responsible player on this community. I also believe that due to my previous experience I would not require too much training to get going and would be able to help new staff members with some sits. I also play at night most of the time when there is less staff on the server.  

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would bring the person that reported it to a roof and let them explain their side. Then I would bring the rule breaker and let them explain if they did not explain and just swear I would gag/mute them then jail and warn them for MRDM | Staff Diss and get an admin+ for a ban if needed.

    Damn i go away for like ok maybe way too long but we won’t talk about that AND I COME BACK TO THIS?! no but seriously man thank you for the kind words and i wish i could of spent more time with you on the server, sad to see you go in other words. you will be missed and peacemakers was a fun few missions. o7

    You can just create a demotion vote if I understood your suggestion right? Besides, those who have the power to kick someone off the job (especially via the tablet) already does. If you for some reason are thinking about what happened on the morning of june 7th you were clearly AFK on your swat job and a demotion vote was created which kicked you off the job.

    gov raids are currently in a weird state and I believe these could really help the meat and make it more fair for both sides. I personally think 1 min and 30 seconds is the best so crime have roughly 2 waves of gov to deal with before they can loot the crate.
