  1. +Support Former Nu7 and Good App
  2. Name: Shepard SteamID: STEAM_0:0:73791322 Squadron: Guardian Reason: Way to busy with school to have an active role in the server, It's been fun see ya later gaminglight
  3. I haven't really talked with you before, but from what I know you are a hard working and diligent member of research. I look forward to your performance in RRH. +support
  4. +Support This is a required step for the community to take. If these problems aren't addressed soon, It could weaken the overall reliability of the staff team and SMT. This is something that can't be ignored, and must be investigated.
  5. In Game Name: Shepard Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:73791322 Squadron you are Applying for (Guardian, Engineer, Analyst): Guardian Current RP Ranks Held: MTF Nu7 WO HBHM Shepard AMX4, MTF Nu7 HSU Ragnarok S4 If applying for Red Right Hand preferred O5 to guard: O5-1 How many Warns do you have? (With Screenshot Proof) 2 Warns, https://imgur.com/a/O1F04p8 Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: 05 Staff team, to me anyways, has always been a goal I've set in my mind. I always see RRH, and earlier, O5 Research & Medical as the best of the absolute best. The premier members of their field. I always was interested in O5 Staff, but I knew I didn't have enough experience, and that I should at least get experience in an SF before I think about applying. Now that I have gained experience on the server, I feel as if I can finally apply to RRH with confidence. For another reason I wish to join the O5 staff team, I have played many servers on Gmod, as well as played a lot of First Person shooters, and whenever there was a mission involving a VIP, it was one of my favorite missions. I enjoy guarding people and securing areas, it's something that I've figured out by now. What Guardians do really appeals to me, as sticking with an O5, or other O5 staff and protecting them while they do what they do seems like some good fun for me. Why should we accept you: I have played a lot of Gmod, Way more hours than I'd like to admit. With all that time on Gmod, I have learned a lot of the quirks that come with PvP in this 10 year old game. That is my first reason you should accept me, PvP. I've been in MTF for 4 Months now, and in that time I've done a lot of combat, both against SCPs and CI. I've learned my weapons and learned how to use them the best. Another reason you should accept me is my experience. I have around 5 and a half weeks on the server now, and I've been in Multiple branches. CI, E11, and Most of all Nu7. I'm currently SF in Nu7, and with being in SF, I have gotten experience in things you might not get normally, like Interrogations. The final major reason I should be accepted into the RRH program is my attitude and professionalism. I attempt to, at all times, keep professional with both the people inside my branch and those outside of it. I do the occasional jokes, you know, the occasional trolling, but never to the point where it is uncalled for or disrespectful. I always remind myself that I am playing a video game, where everyone here is just trying to have fun, same as me, and I try to have my attitude reflect this.
  6. Please Change WO+ to WO+/BHM+, as Behemoths can also host raids. Other than that, +Support
  7. What are you suggesting? - 939 As it is currently, cannot attack Cloaked units wither or not they are making noise. This doesn't make any sense, as cloaked or uncloaked 939 would still hear you making noise. CURRENT MOTD FOR 939: A keter class SCP. SCP-939 is extremely dangerous and should be contained at all times unless being tested on. It is the perfect killer as it is over 12 feet in length and has large extremities, but it has no sense of sight. It relies singularly on sound to identify its prey. To be recontained, SCP-939 must be shot with a tranquilizer round after being lowered to 1500 health. Once struck and unconscious, 939 must remain in the place it falls asleep for 15 seconds upon regaining control of their character. During this time personnel may approach and handcuff 939. 939 can then be returned to its containment cell. SCP-939 may attack anyone who is running, speaking, opening a door, or otherwise making noise. An individual who is crouching while walking is not making noise, however, if they speak or fire a weapon they become an eligible target. UPDATED MOTD A keter class SCP. All Stealth Units under cloak must Uncloak while near 939, this mean if you are in the direct vicinity(Same Room/Hallway, you must Uncloak) of 939, you must uncloak. You may re-cloak once 939 is no longer near you. How would this change better the server? - This would make sense from an RP standpoint, sense being Invisible doesn't prevent you from making noise. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Possible Disadvantages of this would be Stealth units being caught by CI/MTF and having thermals called on them. Who would this change mostly benefit? - 939. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A
  8. -Support Respect the grind for darkmatter on all my weapons

  10. So, uh, what would it do? -Support on New Jobs and Mini Micro on Alpha Units +Support to general balancing updates
  11. What is your in-game name?: MTF Nu7 FTO SSGT Shepard What is your steam name?: Tusk What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:73791322 What is your discord username (Ex: Rookieblue#2667): Cross_Box#3463 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain): Yes, I have been staff on Multiple server before this. I have been a Senior Mod(CWRP), Admin(DarkRP), and Head of Staff(HaloRP) What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly): I begun playing in around the summer of 2018, in which it was just a small amount of time in E11 and Omi-9. What date did you make your forums account? The current Forums account I use was made in November 11 2020 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? : Diamond How many warns do you have on the server (Show proof with a screenshot)? https://imgur.com/a/Itmmwwz Have you donated? : Yes What rank are you applying for? : Trial Mod Are you staff on another community (BE HONEST)? Nope Have you read the staff guidelines at- You will be tested on it: I have Timezone: EST Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I have recently restarted playing Gaminglight, about 2 Months ago to be exact. Ever since I rejoined, I have been interested in staffing here, as it was something that appealed to me, but I realized that applying just after rejoining wouldn't bode well, so I decided to get more time under my belt on the server. Now I believe I am at a point where I feel I am ready to step up to a staff position, with more time on the server, you get to experience more about the rules and how the server operates, this allows me to make better observations about what I believe a staff member should do on this server, and now that I've token time to look at that, I believe that I know what I need to do in order to become a proper staff member. I also believe I should become a staff member, as I have lots of previous experience. This previous experience ranges from Moderator - Management, and I have took valuable lessons from all of them. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First of all, I would make sure to be on duty and bring the person to the staff room and freeze them. After they curse at me, I would calmly inform the individual that if they cannot cooperate with admins, they will have no chance to lower their punishment and explain their actions. If they continue to refuse to cooperate with staff, he will receive the full possible ban for MRDM, and will have a much harder time if they attempt to appeal their ban. Should the sit continue to progress futher, I would warn the player for Staff Diss and MRDM, and then request an Admin+ To ban on my behalf.
  12. In Game Name: MTF Nu7 FTO SGT Shepard AMX4 Nu-7 Rank (Must be SGT+): SGT Level (Must be 65+): Yes If you have any SCP-RP warns, please list when and why you got them here (If you don't have any, exclude this from your application.): 0 Active, 2 Total Why do you think you are worthy of receiving Grenadier? (80+ word minimum): I have been playing on the server off and on for around a year now, and I have always valued grenades. Grenades are an incredible Tactical Utility, and are underused in this server. I believe I should receive the Grenadier whitelist as I am Responsible, Good at PvP, and Respectful towards everyone. I try my very best to uphold the responsibility of being in Nu7 at all times, even when I'm not on the whitelist. Sometimes I slip up, but I try to keep Nu7's Reputation good inside and outside of the branch. I am good at PvP, Not exclusive to grenades, but I am good at using them. PvP With grenades is actually a very good way to force people into situations where you have the upper hand. Lastly, I try and maintain respectfulness towards everyone. I joke around sometimes, but It's never serious Disrespect, and I respect everyone in Nu7 and their Ideas and contributions to the Team. Explain how you would utilize Grenadier to the best of your ability (65+ word minimum): Grenades are, as I've stated, an Incredible tactical tool for use against CI and SCPs alike. Grenades are good in this for a couple of reasons, those being that, They are an Incredible tool for Pressure, They can hold a chokepoint and push back CI and They have high damage in AOE so that you can weaken an entire CI raid with just 1 grenade. I would use the tool to pressure CI raids, as Grenadier has 3 frag grenades available, you can easily cause CI to back off from a push and rethink their strategy with 1-2 well placed grenades. This applies 2 fold when CI are attempting to push through a chokepoint, like an EZ door, or a CP. CI Pushing through a CP can be a perfect time to sauce a grenade right in the middle of them, as most the are slightly distracted by either other MTF shooting, or if you're alone, just trying to get through the door. The Regular Frag grenade does ~150 Damage at it's epicenter, and the Nu7 Frag grenade has a major buff to it's damage compared to the regular grenade. This damage is capable of wiping out D-class easily, and is also capable of Severely weakening a CI Raid, which is the main thing I would utilize the grenade for, as well as putting similar ideas and concepts into use against SCPs. A CI raid has been called at Gate A, you're on Grenadier - what do you do? This can vary from person to person, but give your best answer: First and foremost, I would move to Bridge EZ CP and check for them hacking doors at the CP, if they weren't there, I would move through and get set up Outside Site Admin Offices, I would then listen to them and try to tell when they were about to enter the door. Once I believe they are about to breach the door, I would throw my frag grenade at the door while it's still closed, allowing the Frag grenade to be in the perfect position to prevent them from moving forward without tanking a huge amount of damage from the grenade. Should they be pushed back, I would take this time to call out their exact location to me teammates, and move back to CP and ready another Frag grenade. The way CI breaches CPs is that they immediately flood out into the room and spread out in it, so I would attempt to sauce a Grenade right into the middle of the room just before they enter, and then time it out so It detonates as they start to try and hack the door. You can throw grenades through the glass at CPs and this can be very useful for stopping CI from hacking a CP. the Last use of my grenade would be if they still managed to push past my grenades, I would fall back to elevators, head down, and wait at the bottom. Once the elevator noise can be heard from the bottom, that means the elevator will open in ~3 seconds, I would throw my grenade once I hear that noise, and close the door behind me as I move to HCZ. If I have a lot of heat and can't get away, I would throw a Smoke grenade in order to get away from them, and escape in HCZ, where I can then meet up with other Nu7, and set up defenses against them in HCZ. Have you read the Grenadier Rules, and do you agree to abide by them? This should never be no: Yes
  13. -Support In it's current Form. HOWEVER, I think it might be something interesting for the CI Sleuths to have, but that kind of SCP would not be publicly available, I'd say it would be more close to SCP-7101, being owned by CI and they control who gets the whitelist. And even then, that's something that would obviously have to go through CI.
  14. +Support... But, The 4 D-class would be the highest amount on the server, only tied with 2x 939s, and given this SCPs Description, I believe 1 D-class would be more Appropriate. I believe a good level for this SCP would be 55+/Gold+
  15. -Support -Big Reason D-class escape is too mine ores on surface -There is a pretty good reason no class other than D-class get Pickaxes, That being that any class with a pickaxes that has surface access would be filled with people not actually using the role for it's intended purpose, and just using it to mine.
  16. +1 +Good App, Look forward to seeing you strive in Nu7!
  17. Post name: SCP-173 Rule Change What are you suggesting? - 173, currently, can move every 5 seconds with one persona looking at him, 15 for 2, and not at all with 3+. However, I believe that if the Lights are out, 173 should be permitted to move completely freely unless someone with a Flash light on their clas(EX: Nu7), shines their light at him, then it counts for that one person looking at him. How would this change better the server? - This would benefit the server as it would make much more sense, as units who don't have a flash light in their kit wouldn't be able to shine their non-existant flashlight at 173 when lights are out. It would also be similar to how 173 works in SCP-SL when the computer locks down a room. It would also give more benefits for CI to turn of the lights other than them being "Hard to see", And more of a reason for the Flashlight SWEP to exist Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - It would more than likely increase the number of admin reports against 173's with people thinking they are failRPing. Who would this change mostly benefit? - 173. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A
  18. In Game Name: Security LCPL Sus Steam ID (STEAM_0:0:000000001): STEAM_0:0:73791322 Discord Name (Bread#0001): Cross_Box#3463 If you have any SCP-RP warns, please list when and why you got them here (If you don't have any, exclude this from your application.): I have a singular warn from 2018 about not waiting 106 CD When did you start playing on SCP-RP? (Approximately): I started playing approximatley in 2018, in which I then took a break for most of 2019, showed up a couple times in 2020 and now I'm here. Why do you want to join Nu-7? (125 word minimum): I want to join Nu7 for a number of reasons. The first reason I want to join Nu7 is that I Enjoy recontaining and preventing SCP breaches, Which is Nu7 Primary Job. Another reason I want to join Nu7 is because I really enjoy the PvP CI Vs. MTF Dynamic on this server, and I Enjoy the MTF's more defense centered role in that. I also want to join Nu7 as you have strong whitelists and Powerful weapons. Nu7 has always been since I've been on the server the Branch for those who enjoy the SCP Side of the server, and would always be the ones focusing on it. However, since Omicron merged with Nu7, Nu7 has become the best of both worlds, Focusing on Both PvP and SCPs. The Final reason I want to join Nu7 I will list on this app is that Nu7 seems like just a chill place to be. If you've been in any other branches, list them and what your ranks are/were. This counts for all servers. (If you haven't been in any branches, exclude this from your application.): I have been the Following: E11 Ranger, Omicron-9 PFC, and Now Security LCPL Do you understand to get on at least every other day and keep yourself up to date with Nu-7? We don't treat it like a job here - but we do expect you to be notified and enjoying your time: Yes
