I think I have been a Lieutenant for long enough and am ready to move up in the ranks, I am fully capable of running meetings and making sure lower enlisted/supervisors are in check. I am ready for the extra responsibility that comes with being a Captain. I feel like someone else could be brought into the LT spot if my Captain application is accepted. I feel I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because of my dedication and time to PD especially late at night. I feel like an overall good fit for Captain due to experience with Low Command and the fact all the departments I have been in I have at least been supervisor+, I feel I have the necessary skill set for the rank and feel I could do good for the department. I've had a lot of different complaints about you and your driving, professionalism, and general attuited all day today. I see nothing wrong with this patrol officer as he and many others were simply reporting someone acting out of department policy which constituted appropriate action. (Edit to addon about the driving situation I was told by not only the SNR the fact you was identifying both of you as "mall cops")
