I have been in 501st many times but I believe it has been about 3 months on this current run Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words] I want to join the officer corps to overall help out the battalion. 501st is currently in need of some junior officers, with our current setup of officers the lowest rank you can go to for help is a CPT so you cant really follow COC currently, with the addition of some junior officers the battalion will start to function more smoothly as the enlisted and NCOs will have somebody to turn to for help without having to go all the way up to a MAJ or a CPT. Another reason I would like to become a 501st officer is so that I can help with 501st activity, If I'm not wrong getting the rank of 2LT will give me access to flag-ups and I can constantly do flag-ups throughout the day to help improve 501st activity. One of the key aspects of having a functioning battalion is your NCOs, the NCOs bring in most of the new enlisted members of the battalion and making sure that the NCOs are meeting quota and doing tryouts is very important. If the NCOs ever stop doing tryouts we wont be able to have a thriving battalion I believe I can help prevent this from happening. I will also do my best to help solve any problems that the 501st command team needs help with to the best of my abilities. First is the goal to keep on moving through the battalion. Imperial Commandos is one of the few battalions I am yet to reach the goal of Officer. My second reason is to assist the battalion. IC is at a state where we are short on officers and with my past experience I believe I am a good fit for the position. What is the point of been a officer?: The point of a good officer is to make sure that the battalion is running smoothy by Supervising NCO's, hosting sims for SF, and hosting public sims to advertise SF to spark interest. I used to be a 501st CSM on gaminglight and there I felt like I could reach lieutenant but I left so I always wanted another chance at officer so I'm Appling to reach that goal. I think that I could do this regiment good as a Officer. I would Hold Many tryouts and Sims. I think that myself and the other Aviation officers could make SF the most popular branch on the ISD. I can work as a team and I also can lead one so I think that as aviation officer myself and the other aviation officers could make SF better than how it is currently. I also think that us Aviation officers could get more SF Flying ships and improve them. I could get them better at formations and fighter combat. I know that SF has been active when you guys had Sully your old marshal but I think that I could get those numbers back up again And I would do anything I could to be a good Leader. Also get more sims in so it can give SF a chance to be promoted and advance up the chain of command. I fell that SF doesn't do much in some events so I would want them to get more action and fun while there is no event going on and to give them a chance to do good and achieve a higher rank.
