I want to be VCMDR of this branch because its something that I've been wanting to be ever since i joined this regiment a long time ago, I've really wanted to be in a VCMDR position because i want to be able to help out with the regiment in terms of activity and teaching new purge/IQ in what to do, i have great leadership skills in terms of leading big groups of people during events and sims, I Understand the consequences that some things may cause, I Know and respect the rules for this regiment, I want to be able to perform and help out Purge/IQ With loads of different things, such as performing more sims to go over different things and strategy's to help win more fights Against a bigger opponent, And i want to be able to help out with keeping Sop's Up to Date and Roster Up to date as well. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 1 week but i had like 5 days before it got reset for some reason. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to keep Roster Up to date, Sop's Up to Date, and is to help the commander in almost all terms of management for the battalion, they are to provide guidance to everyone they meet and to make a good impression for themselves, Vice commanders are also wanting to be keeping an eye out for any new potential Majors to add to the command team, VCMDR'S Are to make sure that all officers are doing their jobs and making sure they ain't minging or doing dumb stuff that can get them demoted, They are Required to be active to their own meetings to be able to provide their opinions on what improvements that need to be made. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should Trust me to be VCMDR/Seventh Sister Because I am a very trust worthy guy, i know and understand almost everything that is thrown at me, i am also A Gamemaster/Moderator so i do know how to deal with a responsibility . I've Never Received any actual punishment In my regiment because i know every rule that my regiment provides me with, I Will never Cause any problems in this battalion as i do honestly want this position and i know minging will result in my removal which i completely agree with and would happily take bigger punishment if needed 7. I Can help out by teaching newer medical on what to do and help answer questions that new medical ask of me, i want to help out Maple With certain parts of the regiment as he is the only vcmdr for the regiment and i would love to be able to help him out with providing medical with promotions,Trainings, and all of the above, and i want to help out and boost the activity of medical, i want to try my hardest to try and gain new members for the regiment and be able to supervise it at all times, and make sure that medical follow the regimental rules as well. Sooo the MRDM question has a very controversial answer and vague you never check logs , never got his side of the story and froze muted and gagged him instantly like chill bro. Imma leave my opinion as +/- as that answer was not really "correct" ~ Magma Now just that ^^^^^ is very true, you never checked logs or got their side of the story, which is something important to do as a staff member, if you expect to perform and do the real thing, i would suggest being more calm and collective when speaking to someone like that But its a -SUPPORT from me
