(With Screenshot Proof): 0 Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I would mainly like to join the team because I would like to help out high command in any way, shape, or form, even with minor tasks such as armor and health regen. I would also like to help with RP scenarios and events that would arise while on team. I can also perform guarding tasks and other RP based tasks as needed. I also like the teamwork I tend to see while they are in-game. Working together always stood out to me. Why should we accept you: I believe you should accept me because I am active, I can log hours into the server at a time, I'm very friendly and out-going to newer people and tend to help others whenever needed. While I may not be the best at gunplay or combat scenarios, I make up for it within RP scenarios and medical/armor RP. I am also very team oriented, tending to stay and help my team then to go off and fight alone.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the position mainly because I'm active, friendly, and helpful to everyone I meet. I may not have the prior experience but I am willing to learn and go through as much training as it takes to become a good staff member. I am willing to help others and have time on my hands. Others might not, Meaning i can work off-hours and talk to other staff to determine what I should do in hard situations. I also am a very nice and friendly person and also am hard to make mad in most situations, I do lose my cool sometimes but I almost always back away and take the time I need to fix myself before either returning or asking for help from another member of staff. I may not have played for a long while, mainly since the instatment of the new site. But I am willing to log on and log as many hours as I need and many more when I have time and dedicate it to the server. First i would attempt to de-escalate the situation and try to reason with them. If that doesn't work i would then ask for another staff members help and see what they think i should do in this situation. If all else fails and its their second or third time doing this i would send the news to an admin and ask if they can come online to deliver a proper punishment. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would attempt to talk with said player and see why they are doing what they are doing and attempt to change their mind and become more friendly to others. If that doesn't work i would then talk to a staff member about what i should do. At most, if anything didnt work i would issue whatever i can to help keep the server friendly.
