this is the most well said response I think anyone could have given on this. Basing the enitre night litterally brings in ZERO rp and lots of people are burnt out from it. I feel reducing the amount from bank is a good start to begin bringing back more rp.

-support, this is already a rule, its called failrp, the reason no one could do anything at ur sit is because no one had any video evidence therefore the situation couldn't be properly handled as it was a he/she said situation.

+support, I know kio and I frequently speak with him from time to time, and he is a great person from my experience, he has shown amazing leadership abilities and I believe that he is deserving of the rank.

I hate to continue to post after already making the report, but this is getting ridiculous, how would you know the intentions of what the players doing? she wasnt stuck she was able to move around, just make a report? not that big of deal. Your also claiming that every staff member physgun abuses? so that means you aswell? so you're admitting that you staff abuse off duty? seems pretty unprofessional. Telling lower staff members about reading staff guidelines is not an admin's duty, Its the HoS job as a admin im not in a position to displine other staff members. I made this report so that the proper precautionary measures can be taken care of properly so that instances like this dont happen in the future.

Incept then repaired the vehicle and someone else took it and drove off, I believe the other player was warned or spoken to for mic spam shortly after along with stealing the car without adverting, I then made a report on incept and me, we were having some trouble puzzling it together so we asked brucey, he watched the clip and collectively agreed that a warn would be valid, but we want a second opinion from SMT hence why it was brought to forums rather than dealt with in-game. Hello FBI, I am saddened to write this post, but I have decided to resign from my duties of being FTO Director, along with my ranks in FBI and HRT, USMS, and PPD. This has been a long journey but I believe with my life starting to get back in order that I just don't have as much time as I use to. I'll still hop on every now and then but I can't maintain my rank and duties for now. I hope that logan as my DD will take upon the role to help keep FTO growing and improving. @Lime Kingthanks for being an awesome Director, while we have had a few ups and downs you have always been there and have been a wonderful friend. @Justin tbhYou have been an awesome HRT Commander and have been growing the department so much, its funny to think HRT wasn't doing so hot, but when you rejoin you got everything back in order and made it what it is today along with lime! @Kale_you have been a amazing friend and have helped me a lot when I first joined @spoon thank you for helping me learn the ropes along with kale when I first joined @SlasherRemember when I killed the hostage at gun store If I forgot to ping anyone, please don't be upset. I agree with this, you do show the ability to handle the job, I just dont believe that with only 2 weeks in rank of colonel that your ready for it.

+support -active -holds many leadership/ command positions -to my recollection has never caused an issue in any of his departments or really on the server.

-support - I believe other colonels are more active -Unproffessional -only started getting active once a hc spot opened -has caused a "few" problems in the past and overall is not the most active and deserving of the rank yet

This is very sad to hear, I am glad you will be coming back but no longer having my event team leader here is gonna be difficult, you were and awesome mentor and I will never forgot what you have done for me and helping me learn and grow not only as a staff member but as a person. o7
