Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe I am fit for a promotion to a member of the command due to my proficiency at being a leading figure for those around me. I regularly assist my lower ranking officers in their complaints and problems within the Police Department with notable efficiency. During training sessions I find myself quickly sorting the players who actually intend to assist our organization from those who are there to waste our time and resources. I find that I often have no issue commanding a scene when present and efficiently deal orders to the officers on site. Regularly officers in our forces compliment me on how well I do in service and those individuals consistently believe I would be a good member of the command if I were to apply. I am exceptionally well versed in departmental SOP and am prepared to enforce it within the lower ranks and clarify the portions of SOP that our officers are not clear on.
