My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. We loved having you around! If you ever get your PC fixed, please come back! You’ll be missed, feel free to drop in TS at any time!

Your in-game-name: Your SteamID: Are you in CI Field Expert?: Are you in CI Sleuth?: Are you in CI Bio-Engineer?: Are you an FTO or a Senior FTO?:

What are you suggesting? - The E11 Announcement buttons volume is lowered How would this change better the server? - Less ear bleeding and disruption of training, briefing, or any other in-game conversation Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - @Saint :) not sure if you can say any thoughts on this. I know I've brought it up to you before briefly. Just sick of trying to train and being delayed 20 seconds to hear that announcement go off while nobody can hear me.

Maynard is both R&D and Military.
-
Denied I don't even know who you are.

+ Support It is pretty powerful at this time, to the point even people who are supposed to have "better " jobs realize it, and flag onto it for the power build. Not saying it's wrong doing that, I would too lol. But one of the two fixes could be done to resolve it: -Lower the slots from 5 to 2 or 3. or - Nerf it's HP/Armor I do also like what Colt said about them not being behind the blue line during riots, that should definitely be a defined rule. It makes sense, and it would help the issue. May I also state, it is only level 2 personnel, I don't think they should be "that" powerful anyhow. Honest accident, happens, and I hope we can see improvement on this!

Do I hear D-Block Riot Event? Ill be there providing weapons to D-Class, and giving buffs to Gensec to make it balanced
-
Love the enthusiasm lol. +Support, though, you wouldn’t do much intel/testing based operations in CI. Mostly just raids and guarding base.
-
Damn man. Been a run. Always been fun having you in R&D, and playing O5 Staff. I wish I had gotten to spend more time in the end chilling with you, and I certainly hope you come back someday!
-
Damn, dropping like flies recently. Sad to see you go man! Was great having you around. Hope you drop by sometime!
-
Sad to see you go! You did good, improved a lot since you started! Hope to see you come by again someday!

/me Loads CI P-008 with malicious intent...

The CCs aren't getting fixed lol. I can almost guarantee that. A lot more effort for them. This is to create a universal arrangement for all the branches, so everyone can understand the job orders for each branch.
-
- Support Not a big deal. They aren’t that powerful when they run out of RPG rounds. Also, theres already a suggestion up to move their spawn, which would resolve the issue with them coming out to fuck up negotiations.
-
+Support I like this one, looks enjoyable for E11 Old cold silvers :pog: Brings the aspect of E11 being the “Foundation’s last resort” to life
-
Been missing it since it came out lol
-
Yeah lol. The MTF ones are actually pretty good for the most part. Maybe like one edit needed. It’s CI/Utility that MOSTLY need it lmao. I also just think a standard order for all branches makes the various jobs easier to understand for people as a whole. In Research/Gensecs case anyway.

Upon the recent CI Branch Update, we realized way too late how horrible the hitbox on the current Bio-Engineer model is. It's near impossible to raid, because its so large, you end up acting as a 2 second long temporary riot shield for any unfortunately in your path. As for the Delta Command changes, I completely failed to compare it to the new Beta job when organizing the update, and one has more armor, and one has more HP than the other. As for the Salary on the Gamma job, I'm just matching the Military Gamma Salary. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name of Job: CI Bio-Engineer Job Model (Model Paths): models/nova prospekt/group22/player/group22scientist.mdl Job Description: N/A Job Weapons: weapon_hdevice Job Salary: N/A Job HP: N/A Job Armor: N/A Extra Info: Needs CI Comms Removing old model ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name of Job: CI R&D Delta Command Job Model (Model Paths): N/A Job Description: N/A Job Weapons: N/A Job Salary: N/A Job HP: 125 Job Armor: N/A Extra Info: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name of Job: CI R&D Gamma Command Job Model (Model Paths): Job Description: N/A Job Weapons: N/A Job Salary: 200 Job HP: N/A Job Armor: N/A Extra Info: -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not a suggestion for a specified branch. Just an overall better system in an OOC sense to have everything laid out the same for all branches. Better sever quality, not better branch quality
-
What are you suggesting? - Ok, so the F4 job menu has gotten incredibly unorganized, some branches worse than others, but in most if not all branches, theres at least one thing that is either not in line with the rest. I think all branches, and all jobs should be lined up in a certain way or form. Open to better suggestions, but my personal opinion and general consensus with others would be that the jobs are rearranged to look like this: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Site Admin (In CI's case) ^ High Command ^ Special Forces ^ Specialized Units (Maynard, Praxedes fist) ^ Senior Command ^ Low Command ^ Sub-Branches (Moving up depending on restrictions/job level) ^ Enlisted/NCO/Beta Units ^ Junior Enlisted/NCO/ Alpha Units ^ Donator Jobs ^ Trainee Jobs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How would this change better the server? - Easier Navigation of the F4 job menu Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Absolutely not Who would this change mostly benefit? - All SCP-RP members Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

+ Support I liked the SCP. It was on the server for a bit, but I think it got removed for lag. If it can be optimized, I'd love to see it back!

- Support While yes, A1 was a cool, unique fun branch people enjoyed, it is still a thing for O5 Staff, which I think is better for A1. A1s purpose according to the WIKI is to: "Task Force Mission: Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 is a task force that reports directly to the O5 Council and is used in situations that require the strictest operational security. The task force consists of the Foundation's best and most loyal operatives. Further information regarding MTF Alpha-1 is classified Level 5." The new A1 is a lot more based around this, which not only makes sense, but a lot more fun for everyone involved. It's not something everybody should have either, or be able to be trained for just like that, it's a privilege, to have. It acts as an inspiration, and something to actually achieve, and that shouldn't be replaced. Speaking from a CI standpoint, the current A1 shouldn't target CI, but protecting their assigned O5 Staff/Site Admin. If A1 was added back, it would offer people a lot more opportunity to make CI raids scuffed. Even if rules we're placed, there's always the people to manipulate or break them. Overall, what I'm getting at, is as cool as A1 is, it should remain as it is. More MTF are most definitely not a need right now. It would have loads more negative affects than simply "being cool".
