- Support - First of all, just FearRP them, if they fail to comply call a sit - Secondly, D-Class really **shouldnt** be forced to partake in testing if they don’t want to do so. It takes time to test, and it can be annoying for some D-Class to get forced to test unwillingly.

What are you suggesting? - Ok, I understand this is a bit iffy, and that some people may be against it, but I'd like to give it a try and hear other thoughts on it. With our Sub-Branch for CI R&D Sleuths, they do not currently have any communications. Not CI, not Foundation, nor the ability to talk to each other in Teamspeak. Which is confusing to a lot of people considering they split up, or get shunted away from each other at times. Maynard can give Sleuths foundation comms, but even then, they can't reveal, or discuss their "real" plans when talking in Foundation comms. It's hard to manage people from metagaming in TS, unknowingly thinking that what they tell each other over Teamspeak is ok. One thing that I think would help find a compromised resolve for this is the following: Sleuth Comms. This is so that they cannot communicate with CI Military, nor in Foundation, or Special Forces comms. This would allow them to only communicate to the following with "/s": - CI Sleuths - The General - CI R&D Gamma Command - CI Gamma Command - Dr Maynard How would this change better the server? - It would make CI Sleuths much more interactive with not only Foundation Staff, but with each other and legitimately as well. It would make operating as a Sleuth much MUCH more doable as well. It's very difficult to work together as a force of spies when you can't speak to each other from afar. It would better coordinate Sleuths, making the job not only more active, but more effective and interactive. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - It would definitely make MTFs job slightly more difficult when dealing with Sleuths, but I don't see this as a disadvantage, more of an extra barrier for MTF, which I consider an advantage rather than a disadvantage. Who would this change mostly benefit? - CI Sleuths Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

+/- Support +Alright to talk to. +Understands most rules and regulations. -Not amazing activty, could be better if you ask me. Always came off to me you came in and did your part to the bare minimum just barely on time, which is fine and good, but doesn’t exceed expectations -Has a fair bit of warns, and a tendency to push things bit too far at times.

-Support Everything looks fine except one major contributing factor, you need 25+ forum posts, which you currently have 3. I advise spending more time in-game and on the forums, and attenpt applying again. Posting opinions on Suggestions, making Test Logs in RP branches, or opinions on applications is an excellent way to perform this!

- Support Theres very good reason why there is no foundation “sleuth” job. First of all, because it’s something unique for CI, like many foundation jobs, it holds unique features that support it’s home branch, and should not be copied as to continue supporting R&D. Last I checked, CI base is WAY too small to be supporting a bunch of spies running around it. Even in the foundation only 3 sleuths can run wild max, we have to keep it so limited. Not including Maynard. It would have to have MAYBE one slot, and it would be useless as fuck without more. This is what cloakers are for. If you ever have a reason to check inside CI base, maybe to see if theres a hostage we have, then you should send a cloaker. That’s the whole point for them. CI doesn’t really even talk in game except for training, minging, or messing around in-base UNLESS we have a hostage or SCP, and again, thats what you have cloakers for. Back on the subject of the Sleuth job, in R&D, it has to be restricted considering the risks on it. Not only can Senior Researcher+ obtain it, but it has a level 65+ restriction on it too. For very good reason. It can way too easily be abused, misused, or defiled to the point of either MTF is pulling Meta on our Sleuths, and vise-versa. Too often do we have to remove people from Sleuth for Misuse of it, or call sits on foundation staff for meta, or shooting our sleuth just for having “CI Sleuth” as their job name. It shouldn’t, and can’t be handed out like candy. MTF Cloaker is probably has the most blacklists from it’s job for exactly this reason, misuse of it. Donators should NOT have this sort of ability untrained. The rules, guides, and instructions on Sleuth are PAINFUL, and not doable on a Donator Job whatsoever. Whats the point of a donator RP job? If there can’t be enough of them to FearRP. And it’s not like a Donator will write intel logs, it would just end up like Dr. Bright, running around as a hotshot helping with SCPs and getting yelled at and warned when they do something wrong even if they don’t understand why. Also, this suggestion is not properly formatted to the expectation of job additions, as this is the format for a “Branch Update” which is very different than a general job suggestion. Branch updates are meant to focus on specific jobs in a branch, such as CI or Nu7, and can only be submitted by their High Command
-
Well, when we did our last Branch Update, I had requested some changes to a couple jobs including this one. And I *think* Igneous remade the job entirely rather than just update the current one. It’s caused some previous WLing issues. This is one that just popped up soon as my ULX rank was switched from Event Team.
-
So, I hadn't realized this until I had obtained Trial Mod, guessing it was because I had the Event Team ULX Rank prior to TMod, but the CI R&D Gamma Command Job actually can't open the Whitelist menu. It has the ability to whitelist for it's purposed jobs it's supposed to, but turns out you can't actually initially open the menu in the first place.

Denied We have reviewed your application, and have denied it for the following reasons: -You have not met the required word count of 75 words on the question: "Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency?" - Do not DM Command regarding your application. We will review it in time, and do not need you to DM Command to get their attention. -More effort needs to go into this application. It's way too bland. -That is not a valid SteamID. Do "rp_lookup [YourSteamName]" in console ingame You may reapply in 24 hours

What are you suggesting? - The current Layout of the R&D section of the F4 Menu is a bit weird. Always has been, for 2 reasons. One is that it's technically out of order. The second issue is that because of which Model comes first, and which comes last for each job, some of the models display R&D's usual suit, however, most display the hazmat model, (as shown in the screenshot below) and default to the hazmat model when people first flag onto the job. The main model for R&D is meant to be the Suited ones, not the hazmat, and we often offer to recruits that they should switch the the suits rather than the hazmat, but it would make it much easier if the model order was rearanged to default to the suit, and display the suit model for the jobs icon in the F4 Menu. It just looks... Gross It'd be nice if the job order looked like this, specifically in this order, from top to bottom: CI R&D Gamma Command ^ CI R&D Delta Command ^ CI Sleuth ^ CI Bio Engineer ^ CI R&D Field Researcher ^ CI R&D Beta Agent ^ CI R&D Alpha Agent How would this change better the server? - Looks neater, and it makes that portion of the F4 Menu easier to navigate Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not that I can think of Who would this change mostly benefit? - R&D, CI, D-Class getting trained for CI Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion -

The Plastic Army Requests Modernized Weapons [5208-GL Buff]
NeoID replied to Thebomb.com's topic in Completed
Honestly, + Support -Considering they’re small, best way to beat them, and the curtent way to beat them is via shotgun. - They’re “Soliers” not Police Officers, they should be a little heavier armed than just a pistol. If not a full assult rifle, than at least a 3 or more round burst. - Would be good to have more jobs that are forced to use rifles rather than shotguns. - Gives E11 something to do lol -
Accepted! Your application has been reviewed, and we have decided to accept it for a training! Go to the SCP-RP Discord, and get the "Chaos-Requesting-Tag" role, and go to "Text to Train" to contact an FTO and begin your training. If you have any questions, or concerns, please DM me via Discord Neo#2337 (and no, it's not because of the pfp)
