What is your in-game name?: Dana White What is your steam name?: nicknames What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:194366544 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: I was a community manager for an upcoming Police-RP server that has unfortunately been shut down due to the Owner having real life issues, the server was approximately 4 weeks old until the owner decided to announce that he will be shutting down the server, I have studied ULX itself fully, I know majority of the commands (I know all the administrative based commands) and I haven't really had player to player admin moments like admin sits but from what I've seen and experienced as just a normal player in GL, I think I know the broad roots of how to take sits as an admin/staff member. I understand that discord has small comparisons to staffing in Garry's Mod but I was an "Executive" (Co-owner) and still am for an e-Sports discord based server with over 730 members for 3 years. So hopefully you can classify that as staffing and I can show that I was brought up in a professional way to this community. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum): I believe that my addition to the staff team will be a positive thing for the Police RP community as I can bring many useful attributes during shift's on my staff role, normally I get on whenever it is 6 AM EST so that will help with letting people who have other time-zones play peacefully without any rule-breakers as I experience this a lot during early hours. I still believe I have a lot to learn as a staff member. I wish to keep both players (the reporter and reported) happy and calm at the beginning and end of the admin sits, unless of course the reported person did something terribly wrong, there's no arguing with that. School is opening up for a majority of us and many staff members find it hard to keep activity on their duty as staff, I'm about to enroll to college myself and it won't affect my activity as much as I only go 2 times a week so I can guarantee that I will be active on a daily basis and wish to fill in some of those hours where there are not that many staff online. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: There are many scenarios with MRDM, if the suspect has MRDM'd in a short amount of time and all what he does is use vulgar terms against me I would gag him. Judging by the staff handbook I cannot personally ban him as a Trial Moderator so I would ask a Moderator+ to teleport to me and ban him for 5+ days (I would say about a week or 2 as he just staff dissed me).

-/+ Support You're active that's for sure. But you're applying for staff and I don't think you even have 1 week played on the server, maybe your near that number but I'm not sure. Maybe if you applied for a month later then yea okay go for it. "Yes I was a senior admin in a Garrys mod server" It clearly says "If yes, explain". Not saying your lying or anything like that but I can say I was a mod/admin on a garrys mod server too. Have some kind of context behind your experience, increases your chance of being a staff member. Unfortunately the comments about you mass posting stuff and just trying to get your posts up is true and concerning, if you have previously been an Admin then you should take time and place effort on the forums. I guess you being active is the only good thing about you. Reapply in a month, take time in your forums post and we'll see what the community thinks about you. Maybe you've applied a little too fast. -support You're already showing your true colours. 29 warns and you have 4 days play time on the server (last time I checked which wasn't even 5 days ago) , that's just Mind-blowing. Already a good enough reason on why you shouldn't be staff. Unprofessional on your own staff apps, telling people to not quote the same thing, that's just them agreeing to the persons opinion, shouldn't comment on your staff app telling ppl what to do. I think no one, and when I say no one I mean no one will most likely trust that you'll be mature during your staff shifts. Maybe staff is just not for you.

judging by your experience you would most likely make a good command member in PD but activity is also a vital factor in being command, personally I've never seen you on and having an inactive command member would just be terrible. so -/+ support in general

-support No context behind the persons arrest, if you were recording this situation, you have to show the entire clip, not just a segment of it. If you only started recording him in the process of you arresting him then thats pretty weird and im gonna assume that what you've said is incorrect but im not sure, until further proof shown I don't think this individual should be punished but receive a verbal warning for using this ALT+E glitch as its pretty annoying for a lot gov.

Agreed, a ban would be appropriate. I don't see why Niko whos a mod did not warn him and further more allowed him to break server rules. Both Niko and Magic deserve a punishment. As a staff member your supposed to be enforcing the rules and making sure people are not breaking them. The fact that he, during his duty on staff, focused his time on letting people prop minge instead of accepting sits should have a talk with someone higher up and discuss his behavior shown with the following evidence. +support

Update on my warn: I've understood what I've done wrong. I was in no way trying to be an asshole as at first I didn't see what I did wrong until about 4 ish days ago. I would like to clarify a few things, first of all, I did NOT target anyone, that was a false claim, even after this incident I actually got suspended from DD for a week because someone falsely accused me of saying the n word and it was about this topic ^. I updated my Major on this situation and we made an agreement that I would be suspended for only a day as I would never do anything as serious as just randomly throwing the n bomb at people. I have been playing progressively on this server in 2018 and enjoyed this server quite a lot. I recently (1 month ago) came back and I would like to apologise about my return to this server. Now to my defense I was just joking around and playing arabic music, obviously I thought this would be comedic, I was wrong. I fucked up on two things. The first thing is micspaming while not being stationary, 2nd thing that I fucked up on was being cocky to the staff cause as I said I thought I was right and majority of you can agree that whenever you feel right about a situation you start getting tilted and backfire at the person. I promise that I will not let this incident happen again with me. I never mentioned a RELIGION, I was using music that was used by ISIS. I dont care if you felt offended, in general I dont even care about your feelings.
