Hey guys, Waltuh White here. I'm sorry to do this, I don't want to, but I won't be able to actively play the server anymore. I'll keep it short and say that I'm likely going to be homeless in 3 days due to an abusive relationship with my father. I've loved playing maintenance and you guys have made me feel at home on this server. I never thought I would find myself writing one of these. There's a few people I have messages for. Researcher Waltuh Green SCP-096 x SCP-049 Epic Rap Battles Of SCP Round #2 Background Research: https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/102217-scp-082s-epic-rap-battle/ I hypothesize that SCP-966 and SCP-1048-A will likely be good opponents for each other, a they both possess the proper requirements to create vocal sounds. This match will definitely be interesting. I am also fascinated to learn what possible effects SCP-1048-A could have on SCP-966. Observations: The test began with SCP-966 coming through with a strong opening, releasing a series of growls and hisses, even a few snarls, which we are still decrypting the meaning of. When it was SCP-1048-A's turn to lay into SCP-966 it released a loud high pitched scream with resulted in the [REDACTED] of research personnel and eardrums of SCP-966 being destroyed. (150-word requirement): Well firstly I'm already at the top of low command in maintenance, so I have proven over time that I can be trusted with positions of power. I also very much enjoy playing research and would like to see it become more active. I would like to lead large scale tests and help newer players enjoy themselves on the server, along with preventing minging and fail rp within the branch and against our branch. Research is a good branch with loads of potential, and not many people are playing as of now. I want to introduce more players to this branch and help with the lack of activity that we are constantly being plagued by as non combatants. I hope that with effort and determination, I can help research get that population up and make the server in general more interesting, in order to save us from the low population we’ve been having What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100-word requirement): I'm a very active player, I'm on the server nearly every day for a few hours at least, and I love coming up with new and creative tests. I’m also very welcoming to new players and enjoy being able to show them around and teach them new things and how to be a better player. I want to make research my second and final life on the server, and dedicate more time to playing as a command and doing things to make those newer players feel welcomed. (100-word requirement): I would host PT’s constantly, keep in touch with enlisted in make sure that they’re all enjoying themselves and get feedback from them as well as other branches on how we could improve, and promote those who have earned it by being active within researcher, along with training for other sub branches within us. I think that sub branches in research are a bit underused as of now and it could be nice, that once we have more players within research, to start filling those sub branches up some more. But without more members first, having more people in sub branches would just take away from the larger research population

Today we have SCP-049, And SCP-096. I hypothesize that SCP-049 Will likely win this as SCP-096 does not have the ability to speak, anomalously or otherwise, due to it being too busy crying. Thus weeding out competition early on.. Observations: The Test Went According To My Hypothesis Almost To The T, Except For The Fact That SCP-049 Was Much Worse Than I Anticipated. Epic Rap Battles Of SCP, V.2 After viewing the test of the famous research command member Mr. Bob, I wished to recreate this experiment with other possible anomalies. This gave me the idea that using a sentient SCP would lead to better results. I hypothesize that SCP-082 will not quite understand the concept of a “rap battle” but that his concept of olden French insults will allow him to excel in the discussion. After the epic “rap battle” of history between SCP-098 and SCP-1245-A we had to try it again. We brought a "willing" maintenance member and a Class-D who didn't know his ABC's to SCP-082's Containment chamber and had them perform a “rap battle” for the chance to rap against SCP-082. The Class-D immediately began singing the hit song "Barbie Girl" which upset SCP-082 greatly, which lead to him being devoured. After that I stepped up and “rap battled” the maintenance, who I obviously destroyed. However I was no match for the rap battling skills of SCP-082, and thus was forced to give him my left hand. Let it be on record, never challenge SCP-082 to a “rap battle”, lest you wish to lose your appendages. After sitting down to write this log, A question popped into my head. What are you suggesting? - Adding The Magpul PDR to the Armory How would this change better the server? - More SMG options, The Magpul PDR is already part of the addons used, and balanced, but not used on any jobs or even in the armory, i think if added it could be a solid option for players. This person has also claimed that many other CI feel the same way. As a super admin he should know a simple rule such as this. As shown in the clip it is clear that he was even informed of the rule and still chose to run away and refuse cooperation.

What are you suggesting? - Add the default Gmod Camera do the gaminglight store How would this change better the server? - This would not only increase revenue for gaminglight, but allow for more roleplay. Foundation personnel can use it to take photos to report to delta-5, there can be a foundation newspaper, better photos instead of normal screenshots for logs. There are many reasons why a camera would be beneficial. This is also already an item on every gmod server so nothing would be required to be installed. I'm not sure what a good price for this item would be but I believe around 5-10 credits would be fair. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - After speaking with some fellow server members the main concern was the flash of the camera triggering epilepsy in some members. To solve this if the camera flash could be disabled this would be a great feature. I've also heard reports that cameras, if abused, can lag the server. My solution is that if any members are caught abusing the camera in any way that it be removed and it must be appealed through the forums where they must purchase it again. Currently the facility, the GOC, and CI have separate areas for lore. Even Class-D have one. I'm suggesting that Civilians get their own section so reporters and sheriffs can share lore and other such things. I believe there is no incentive whatsoever for anybody to ever play as a civilian right now except to minge. I believe this could be a step in the right direction for fixing the Civilian jobs.

FACILITY A SLAUGHTERHOUSE, UNSAFE CONDITIONS Early this morning in the once quiet town of Cloverfield, after many days of the gazette’s hard with in negotiating with the organization known as the “Credible Investigators” they agreed to take myself and my assistant researcher John Marston along with them in a mission to expose the secrets of the Canadian military base of which so much havoc streams from. Upon arriving at our office we found a letter claiming it was from the Credible Investigators. It was a formal letter of agreement stating that if we were to accompany them that we must meet them at Cloverfield lake at 2pm exactly. After me and Reporter Marston arrived at the lake we were greeted by 3 armed men in uniform, members of the Credible Investigators. After a few hours of walking with them we came across a ventilation system that one man ripped off of its position in the ground with his bare hands. After we entered Marston and I stayed behind the members, who had their weapons drawn, ready to fire upon any resistance to their investigation. We ran into no members of the site and ran as fast as we could to the nearest elevator with our newfound friends. We walked down a series of hallways until we encountered prisoners in orange jumpsuits fleeing. We followed the trail they left until we stumbled upon a harsh prison, with little to no safety conditions or regard for human life. There were prisoners being shot and brutally murdered, just for daring to speak. The Credible Investigators, in their rage against this unforgivable treatment I’m sure, engaged in combat with these guards. Many losses were taken by the enemy, but their forces were too large. My assistant Marston was shot and our allies dead by our feet. In an effort to save our own lives we acted as though we had been kidnapped by our Investigator friends. Those fools believed our every word. We were led outside by them and released without so much as a full search.
