  3. In-Game Name: Catfish SteamID: CatFish’nChips Current Rank: SGT How long have you been in your current rank?: One day What timezone are you in?: US EST How many Warns do you have?: 0 How many Strikes do you have?: 0 Why do you think you deserve the position of an officer? (75 words Minimum): Although I may be newer than some of the other members of the 31st I know how things are supposed to be run. Knowing the rules of the server, and how the 31st is supposed to do their job is an important part of leading other members of the battalion. Without an understanding of the rules yourself it makes it hard to lead. Now more than ever with so few people in important positions we need people to step up to the challenge and get things done. I know that being serious is of upmost importance and that to be a good leader you have to be a good roll model as well. I am active on the server, I have fun with my friends, and most importantly I do my job as a 31st. What can you provide to the branch as an officer? (75 words Minimum): As an officer I would make sure the 31st is in top shape. That starts with training. The making of a good trooper starts at the very beginning of their journey where they are trained to be a demolition core member. Currently, we do teach people the basics, but as an officer I would make sure that every trooper knows exactly how to be an excellent 31st. This means taking care to explain everything to recruits, going over things if necessary, and overall making sure each and every recruit feels like they can operate as a 31st. This style of training eliminates irresponsible behavior at the start and ensures soldiers know the difference between right and wrong. Of course nothing can be 100% effective which is why as an officer I would be a strict enforcer of the rules. With so few people it only takes one person to make the whole battalion look bad. However with proper enforcement of the rules members of the 31st will make the battalion look put together and respectable. On the flipside, promoting the people that do follow the rules is a great way to incentivise people to stay in line. I would make sure the people that are doing a good job are recognized and repaid for their good deeds. Do you agree that if you receive the rank you will be put on a trial period and on a one strike policy?: (Yes/No) YES Anything extra we need to know?: RIP RJ
