  3. Hello Agents (and Visitors)! HRT Commander / FBI DCOS Duncan here. I've been in this position for a little while now, and have accomplished so very much. With the help of my lovely Command team, I've submitted two very powerful updates for HRT, gotten two new vehicles added for us, completely re-written all HRT Documents and compiled them into one for the sake of easy viewing, vastly grown the HRT Roster, and overall geared everything I've done towards the future success of HRT. I can gladly say that I will be entering reserves from a better spot than I entered the rank. Your new HRT Commander will be announced soon in Discord. Whoever it is will have my full confidence of their success, as well as the ability to reach out to me if necessary. Here are the obligatory shoutouts that people will get mad if I don't include: Justin - Thank you for the opportunity. Wouldn't have achieved so much in this Department without it! FBI has been setup for success with the most intricate, yet simple, documents that PoliceRP has to offer. You should be proud!   4. What you want to see? - I'd like to see the rules for the President changed. As of right now, the rules state this: I'd like to see this changed to the following: Why should we add it? - As of right now, if there are no PPD online and the President reduces taxes, that makes the President immortal. He can make weed illegal, and he can make all guns illegal, and can simply walk around with no protection with no fear of being removed from the job. What are the advantages of having this? - It gives the PPD actual purpose to protect the President, and gives the President more of an incentive to actually find that protection. Murder is different from assassination in that a murderer must be on a specialist whitelist, whereas a presidential assassination can be committed by any criminal, including custom classes. A mug means the criminal has to be face-to-face with the President, and can be easily avoided by the President by simply giving the money. Who is it mainly for? - Criminals. We have a very Government-Centric meta right now, and changing this would give the Criminals something to do. Frankly, as a heavy Gov-Main, there isn't enough Crime.   5. -Support For reference, I have Judge, so I am not speaking on a one-sided part of this. Judge does not only exist as a way for criminals to get off the street - it also exists to get Government off the street for a little while. A Double-Edged Blade, if you will. Each of these rules is very gov-centric, giving government officials the opportunity to simply skip court by giving the Prosecution their details and story. This also correlates with the idea that the Judge has complete and total authority over the courtroom. A Judge can let someone free, or put them in for max years. When I play Judge, for example, I do not allow any photo/video evidence to be admitted, as it started to feel like a staff sit when I did that. I force people to roleplay on a roleplay server - how wild!
  6. This is a fun one! I've been across the block a little bit, here is my opinion: -Support The addon examples you gave - iterations of Weed and Alcohol - are what I like to call "Micro Content". This is content that does not necessarily add to the gameplay or change the core gameplay loop of PoliceRP. This Micro Content tends to always go through the same process; It gets added > It gets HEAVILY used for about a week > It never gets used again > It gets removed. Examples: Lean, City Worker, and the new President System (the latter of them happened to stay, despite rarely being used with full effect). Macro Content, on the other hand, are things that change the core gameplay loop of PoliceRP. This loop, as defined by me, is simple: Crime is committed > Police respond > Pursuit > Police catch/kill/arrest > Criminal serves sentence or respawns > Loop. Sure, there are various other forms of Micro Content that slightly change the loop - (See: Judge, EMS, Pursuit). You said it yourself: Unless you suggest addons that genuinely change the core gameplay loop as defined above, you will not change anything.
  7. -Support This is unnecessary, as DOC already exists as a part of State. If someone wants to be priority for Jailbreaks, then they should simply play on DOC.
  8. For Reference, I own the Job Bundle. +Support! Semi-Trucks and Busses are not really bad for pursuits - they can be instantly code red according to the MOTD and many SOPs. People minging with them isn't especially a problem because of this. There's lots of RP to be had with them, for example, I used to ride around with printers in the back of the trailer until I got pulled over. Sometimes I'd have another person with a car back there, and they'd speed out like some Fast N' Furious stuff. Fun times!
  9. I think I should address these individually, with my personal opinions. This actually is in the MOTD. While the President's rules state he can only change the legality of Class 1 Firearms, the "Weapon Classes" section states this: "Class 2 (Illegal Without Gun License)". You are correct in that the President cannot edit this, however, it would only be legal if an individual possesses a gun license that was granted by the President. This means that indirectly, the President makes this illegal/legal by choosing to give out licenses or not. If possible, +Support! +Support! +Support! "Murder" is such a silly loophole for Presidential Assassination, especially considering Serial Killer has a Barrett M82! -Support. So few people base as-is, and this would only lower the number of bases we see.

TL;DR = This Color What you want to see? - Billy's Keypads to be added Why should we add it? - As we add solid immersion-based addons (Payday Robbery, Speed Radars, Etc), this is the next step in increasing RP in a really passive way. Also, ImperialRP uses this so GL players may already be familiar, not to mention the implementation can be very easy with minimal/0 performance loss with Jimmy receiving help from Beckett, if necessary. What are the advantages of having this? - Just some notes from the addon pack: Keypad Entry via FaceID, Pinpad, or even Keycard; Breakable keypads for raiding purposes (OPTIONAL); persistent keypads past server restart, meaning they can be on gov bases permanently; even making keypads cost money to use for an entry fee to an area!   12. +/- Support + I agree with the buff to the rifle - I disagree with the nerf to the Sniper. Don't nerf this sniper, instead, increase the damage of other snipers to ensure good competition.
  13. TL;DR information is underlined. What do you want to see?: I'd like to see the main battle tank for the Tank Troopers be buffed. (Note: I am not a Tank Trooper, I never have been a Tank Trooper, and I know very few people in that battalion. This suggestion was not made out of bias.) Why should we add it?: As it stands, the tank is nigh useless in a realistic firefight. Numbers/Evidence is provided below. What are the advantages of having this?: A tank does a wonderful job of adding another level of depth to an off-ship battle. There are lots of restrictions on tanks as it stands: They usually cannot spawn them during events, they must achieve a certain rank before being able to spawn the main battle tank, and there can only be one on the map at a time. With the introduction of the Pyke Syndicate, Tank Troopers have a huge responsibility to continuously guard Tattooine from them, and a proper main battle tank will help achieve that. Who is it mainly for?: Technically, exclusively the Tank Troopers will have access to the tank. However, the immersion a tank provides to a true warzone affects everyone. Links to any content: Tests located below, followed by a video of the tests. You don't have to watch the video if you don't really want, as the numbers are simply a synopsis of the content. For the tests, note that I was on my 501st Heavy whitelist and have a few skill boosts, so I have 850 hp, 220 armor. I was stationary during the tests, which plays a huge factor as this is raw damage and does not account for the difficult aiming. Driver's Seat Missiles: 13 hits; 40 seconds kill time. You must aim side-to-side to hit a stationary target, making these difficult to use with very little payoff. Main Cannon: 16 hits; 1 minute 22 seconds kill time. Extremely unreliable/difficult aiming with a tiny blast radius. Note: It took so long that the footage was cut shy by one hit, but it did take 16 hits for the kill. Auxiliary Machine Gun: 54 hits; 14 seconds. While difficult to hit moving targets due to the aiming system, this is by far the best option to use on the tank ... and it's a machine gun that still is hardly worth using. Tank Health: ~1991 hits with a minigun, 2 minutes 49 seconds. In the clip shown, the tank was not destroyed. It was fairly close, however. This is the one good part of the tank. VIDEO WARNING: SHELL SHOCK IS QUITE LOUD. I RECOMMEND REDUCING VOLUME.
