Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
I deserve Trial Moderator because I am a motivated player, a hard worker, a great listener, and a well-known member of the PRP community. As a Trial Moderator, I would feel motivated to take my job as seriously as I'm expected to, this means taking sits when I need to, respecting all players on the server, and following the server's rules and staff guidelines. Joining the staff team would let me learn more about its culture, history, benefits, and the rules of the server. As of right now it's my goal to grow in this community, I see myself moving up the ranks to eventually reach Senior Admin or above. I deserve trial mod because I want to be able to have an impact on the community and myself. I see staff members as somebodies that people can rely on if a player needs help and members that have great privilege's. Some people may be embarrassed that they are staff on a video game but I am not. I think it's something people should respect especially if you are a staff member within the Gaminglight community. I hope I can be accepted, thank you.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
I would teleport them to me, try to explain what they are doing wrong, if they continue cursing I would gag them, if they shoot at me or try to run away I would phys gun them and jail them indefinitely. After its said and done I would warn him for MRDM and make a forums post for a ban on the player.

There was a feature like this but was taken down due to a dupe exploit somebody reported to SMT.

I think it would be a great replacement for the keypads we have now, as long as the keypad crackers we have work well with this addon.

Why do you think this warn was false:
I wanted to mug the president so I pitted my car in front of him to mug him. I was warned for RDM because the admin said he was escaping, which isn't an MOTD rule but an unwritten rule apparently. His car was stopped, he backed up to talk to me in OOC then broke Fear RP by driving off. There also isn't a rule about not mugging somebody in a car.

Edit: I don't remember when this happened but I know it was a long time ago, I'm sorry if I did anything. I want to join back because I want to try the rp again, but not being in the Discord holds me back. I play on the PRP more than any server, I haven't even joined the SCPRP. But I played the ImpRP around 2020, can't remember much from when I played there.

I was warned for FailRP for killing an unarmed officer trying to escape. He pulled a gun on me and my family members while we were in an active RP situation, put the gun away and he hopped in his car to leave, and I killed him. It is not FailRP because my life and family members lives were threatened, and he was a witness to our crime which was murder.

I didn't break any rules. Its totally unreasonable.

What you want to see? - I want to see at least a week where we drop a level in a category, not 2 hours. This could be balanced to where you loose 1-2 levels every week you do not workout.
Why should we add it? - Because it is annoying to have to keep training when I want to role play or pvp.
What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages are that players would not need to use the gym every single day they play.

What you want to see? - I would like to see there be a new rule for the server. It could be written as something like this:
"2-) Government
- You cannot use your shield to run, sprint, or jump backwards against gun fire."
Why should we add it? - Awhile ago there was an unwritten rule within most departments that said along the lines that you cannot bhop or run backwards with a shield. If you did this you would have been demoted. I think it should be a server rule because it is un realistic that you would sprint backwards with a heavy shield and its unfair to crim players when the last gov alive runs away with a shield.
What are the advantages of having this? - I have noticed that SMT has been pushing for more realistic mechanics on the server ex: at 25% you move slower, and so the advantage is that my suggestion will push for more realistic combat. It is also unfair to me that if crim has won the fight except for one guy sprinting and jumping backwards with a shield is still alive and gets away.

What you want to see? - I would like to see both of these addons added to the collection. I think they are extremely useful addons.
Why should we add it? - Both of the addons combined are 0.011MBs (11KBs). They are both client sided mods, so they can't effect the servers performance. They both would only benefit client side performance also. You can also tell they both have 500+ reviews and 5 stars.
What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages are saving GPU power when your game is not in focus. Also it will let you know when you are done loading into Gaminglight PRP, incase you tab out during the loading screen. I personally take advantage of this to do other activities like writing this suggestion.

What you want to see? - I would like to see the person that I shoot with my gun to have actual bullet holes. There's a video that showcases what the mod can do and its very awesome.
Why should we add it? - It is cool to look at, plus makes shooting and killing people in game infinitely more fun. The mod has 5 stars out of 9,238 ratings. The mod is 36.455 MB total, so it would about twice as fast as downloading the BetterDiscord-Windows.exe installer.
What are the advantages of having this? - It is an advantage because it is fun and looks more realistic. There are multiple options depending on how much gore you want there to be.

What you want to see? -
I would like to see all weapons have a buff to accuracy and damage, while they would have their range, mobility, and recoil nerfed.
These are rough concepts/estimates for how the gun stats should be rebalanced to:
Machine guns:
Accuracy: Highest possible
Firerate: 1000 RPM
Mobility: 60%
Damage: 80
Range: 700 Meters
Stability: 20%
Assault Rifles:
Accuracy: Highest possible
Firerate: 600 RPM
Mobility: 80%
Damage: 110
Range: 500 Meters
Stability: 50%
Submachine Guns:
Accuracy: Highest possible
Firerate: 800 RPM
Mobility: 90%
Damage: 90
Range: 200 Meters
Stability: 70%
Semi-automatic firearms:
