+ Support I believe identifying your own mistakes and taking responsibility is what you have going and it feels genuine. The common excuse "because I was young," is used a lot but for the older people in this server we all admit some stuff was stupid as kids. He's obviously served his time and is remorseful for his actions. I'm strongly in favor of giving another chance because people do change with a hint of reality.

Seeing someone have their issue resolved whether it is big or small to me is the best feeling. I've noticed working with companies that have an extraordinary talented customer support or service team has boosted players and even revenue towards those companies. Without that I feel like the server wouldn't have experienced the growth it has been experiencing through my years of playing on here. Being able to support the community with any of there needs with a virtual smile and a great attitude everyday is my best way of giving back to a server and a community that has given me so much in the past approximately 5 years of being on here. Not taking a side in this situation I was brought in on the request Daviddd for a second opinion regarding the video clip that was shown-whether it did violate FearRP or not. I was never asked to take over the sit but concluded after watching the video that it falls under the FearRP rule that was broken. I handed the okay to David to give whatever punishment he deemed necessary. I'll take the blame for not knowing that you wanted another staff member as I thought he only needed me for just a second opinion- we were swamped with sits and major rule violations that morning so again I apologize for not being able to assist you better.

+ Support I've had only positive interactions Infinity Foxlet ingame, he cares for the community and especially the well being of other players through positivity and engaging in RP Scenarios. From the application, each question was answered with quality and you could tell from the effort put into the answers. Mentioning warns above might be a little of a downside of how recent they are but I've applied for staff with far more warns- Exhibiting change is what transforms this community I believe Infinity Foxlet would be a tremendous asset for our staff team. The incident happened on 4/26 which was 10 days ago. Being completely honest I do not remember the event leading up to this event, but for me personally Respawning With EMS is what I consider a minor infraction. Meaning if it happened once, I would've given you a verbal only and make sure it doesn't happen again. In that case if you did it a second time a formal warn would be given out. In conclusion, you most likely did it a second time if I gave you a formal warning for "Respawning WIth EMS On."

Hi state, wow I don't know what to say. But this department has provided so much fun for me over the times and some very interesting moments. I had a privilege to be on SPHP low command team and all those late night togethers really made state the department to stay in! But as life comes it is time to say good bye to State and ultimately all of gaminglight.
