  2. Lore Name: Mark Rank: Researcher SCP: 294 Question / Idea: The painkiller's range and abilities. Background Research: SCP-294 is a large coffee machine with a keypad and a screen. Upon typing in anything that can exist in a liquid form, said liquid is produced into a cup, and regardless of the contents, the cup never breaks down. SCP-294 can not produce things from other dimensions, nor can it produce anything that does not exist in a liquid form. Hypothesis: SCP-294's painkiller's locations are undiscovered to the foundation, and nothing we have on our records match them. Observations (What Happened During Test): D Class, a Researcher, and a Guard all were asked to taste painkillers dispensed by SCP 294. Results will be recorded below. D-1923: Jolly Ranchers D-0917: Warm Milk D-1632: Refused to comply and was terminated. D-1023: Bud Light Brand Beer Officer Redshirt: Concentrated Tylenol Researcher Mark: Peyote and Morphine It seems that 294's pain killers all share common effects, with small amounts of variation. The coloration is always the same, but the flavor changes from subject to subject. Chemical composition shows that they're all very similar molecularly, with no changes in abnormal ranges. Why it does this is still under review. Alcohol was given to each subject after they drank the painkillers, and each time, no adverse effect was had. We have also attempted to make a D class overdose on them, to no avail. 30 cups later, and the D Class was left standing without so much as a stomach ache. Said painkiller was also able to help anything ranging from a paper cut, to a broken femur (Note: It is not recommended to break femurs again, as it makes 106 very excited). Said painkiller has no official classification in our medical supplies, and medical staff has requested to be stocked with said painkiller due to it's high power, and low danger. Overall, the painkillers produced by SCP-294 have proven to be a boon. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): 294's range seems to be anywhere from the universe, and this also means that it can collect from far reaches of the planet, and off world locations. This could very well be a synthetic painkiller invented by an alien race, or it could simply be a naturally occurring chemical located deep within a different planet. We may never know, but I hope one day to find out. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, my hypothesis was correct.

  4. The D Class insurgency is an organization that seeks to liberate the innocent D Class, and wreak havoc upon our captors. We do this through organized riots, making sure we catch security off guard. Using this opportunity, we arm our comrades, and free SCPs to cause as much panic as we can. We work closely with Chaos Insurgency, Jacks, The Italian Goons, and Lovebabes. We have multiple subdivisions, including a medical team, and a quartermaster. If you would like to join us in our quest to liberate the downtrodden, attend our training seminars held in D block showers. Alternatively, you can ask for a trainer in OOC.

  6. Lore Name: Mark Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 294 Question / Idea: To see if 294 has the ability to dispense medical liquids. Background Research: 294 is what seems to be a coffee machine with a keyboard attached to it. When anything that can exist in a liquid form is typed in, it dispenses said liquid. This does not apply to liquids in another dimension, nor does it apply to anything that cannot exist in a liquid state, such as diamond. Hypothesis: 294 will be able to produce important medical supplies, such as painkillers and antibiotics, on demand. Observations (What Happened During Test): Me and a MTF took a single D-Class subject out of the block, and bought him in front of 294. The MTF was ordered to shoot the D-Class in the foot, a place that will cause minimal damage, but still be painful. Shortly after, I typed in "Pain Killer" on the machine. A short hum rang through the air for a moment, and it soon dispensed a small cup full of a viscous black liquid. The D-Class drank the cup, and shortly after showed no signs of pain, even able to walk around. He grinned the entire time, his eyes swirling around. Upon further examination, it was clear that he was high on opiates (the specific type is still being researched). He still had a hole in his foot, but he did not react to it whatsoever, which is astounding even for something as strong as morphine. Once the high wore off, amnestics were applied, and the D-Class subject was free to return back to his cell. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): It seems that 294 was able to dispense a liquid painkiller powerful enough to cause the subject to completely ignore any signs of physical trauma (within reason, a crippled subject can't magically walk). We still don't know what said liquid is, but it was seemingly more powerful than morphine. This could be used for security and medical staff in cases of emergency. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My Hypothesis was not only correct, but 294 exceeded all expectations I could have held.
  7. Lore Name: Mark Rank: Junior Researcher SCP:SCP-1025/SCP-012 Question / Idea: To see if Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva caused by reading 1025 would prevent the effects of 012, as the D Class wouldn't be able to move. Background Research: SCP-012 has the effect of forcing anyone who comes into contact with it to dig their fingers into their wrists in an attempt to complete it. This kills anyone who is under it's effects via blood loss. SCP-1025 is a book containing nearly every medical condition recorded. Once an article is read, the ailment is contracted by the reader. Hypothesis: Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva would stop the physical effects of 012, and will probably drive the subject insane. Observations (What Happened During Test): We dragged 3 class D subjects into SCP-1025. Upon reading the article on Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, the first Class D was struck with said ailment. We treated the third one with amnestics and released him back into D Block. We then led/dragged the 2 remaining class D subjects to 012. Because the first D class was unable to move, we had the healthy D Class drag him into the room, and right next to 012. The healthy D class, after dropping the other off into the room, was vexed by the note, and subsequently attempted to finish the sheet. Needless to say, he succumbed to bleeding of the wrists. For a short time, the D-Class struck with Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva screamed about the note and trying to finish it, although was unable to move beyond speaking. At first, we thought he was going to survive the test, but miraculously, he managed to slowly claw out his own wrist after what seemed like an incredibly painful process lasting over 5 straight minutes. He was unable to write on the note to any extent, although this did not save him. His fate was not unlike the other D Class. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): It seems that the effects of 012 was able to overpower the physical ailment caused by 1025, although not completely. I'm not entirely sure how the D Class managed to power through, but it is presumed that the psychological effects of 012 are able to overpower the body's limitations to the greatest possible capacity. More testing on it's abilities may be necessary. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis was wrong, as somehow the D Class powered through Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, and was able to successfully open his wrist, however was not able to actually write on 012.
  8. Name: CI PVT Tewksbury Rank: PVT Date of LOA Leave/Return: 5/1/20 to 5/8/20 Reason (if private write N/A): I got a deserved one week ban for slipping up and saying a very bad word that I shouldn't have. Will return as soon as it ends.
  9. In-game Name: Mark Tewksbury SteamID: STEAM_0:0:118783281 DiscordID:Cheif Shits-Like-Buffalo#6022 What division do you want to join (Military or R&D): Military How would you rank your knowledge of the lore?: I am not a perfect historian, however I do know a decent amount of it. I know a pretty fair bit about the Chaos Insurgency, especially pertaining to their morality and mission. I would say above average overall. Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum): I did make sure I escaped as a D-Class before even applying in the first place to try and make it more RP friendly. I believe that the Chaos Insurgency would be very fun to play as. I believe that tipping the scale of the balance of power between the SCPs, D Class, and the Foundation, would be not only interesting for me, but for the rest of the server as well. I also think that this would be a great opportunity for more in depth RP, as opposed to being part of the Foundation Security, or just another D class. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I am dedicated. I can be on pretty actively, alternating between daily, and once every 2-3 days, depending on what's happening. I thoroughly enjoy RP, and I truly do believe in making this a dynamic, bustling with activity experience beyond shooting people just because. I also have a recommendation from PVT Bongo. How active can you be?: Alternating between daily, and once every couple of days. Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: Yes I do.
