  1. Y'all need to chill the fuck out. Think about it this way and not your own stubborn way. He was ordered to do something, and he did it in exchange for a good application. Mans a good soldier
  2. And you still haven't fucking said anything in voice chat. What the fuck.
  3. My little man is growing up. It's funny how I can still see you in your medical armor. When you eventually become VCMDR, come over to medbay for checkup.
  4. I should stop saying December and switch to Dezember. It just rolls off the tongue better. Just make sure to keep your loa's in check man
  5. Holy fucking shit, his has two pages. Why hasn't this been accepted yet?
  6. Not ready yet, just became director of research. I need to see progress in the sub battalion in order for me to support you. Also some people might not like his personality unless you get to know him, just saying.
  7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC HS VCMDR Phill 1203 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Medical 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The current general (badger) has done a magnificent job getting medical on an active foothold. Long story short, I want to expand it further and keep it alive. I want to expand it not just physically in numbers, but expand it into almost like a family. I'm sure most of you experienced folks know that a single person can't run a whole battalion. Badger didn't fix medical by himself. There were people such as me, Blarg, Joe, Scotwo, Citadel, and Wyvern. We all worked heavily with one another: Brainstorming our ideas and dreams about medical, writing SOPs together, establishing new practices together. and posted suggestions. One by one, they began to leave due to personal issues. All that there is left is me and Blarg. You're best bet for keeping medical alive is either Blarg or myself. We both have worked with Badger extensively. The reason why I'm writing the application is because we both agreed that I am the most experienced one with imperial rp and commanding and would be the best bet because Blarg has been recently promoted to vice commander. If my application gets denied, you people better watch out for Blarg's and accept his and give him full support. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Around 6 days only on medical. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? This sounds cliche, but Commanders are there to act as role models to the whole battalion. Whenever someone has an issue with medical, not only does that soldier get punished, but the Commander gets an equivalent punishment. Any dirt or bad word of mouth about the battalion will also transfer onto the commander because he is the skull of the medical skeleton. I treat all the medic under me as is I were them. I always had a phobia of commanding anybody because I was scared of consequences and always felt comfortable being given orders. I have decided to face that fear and put in a application of vice commander. You can see that I was was nervous because I wrote a ton. I am confident with commanding and confident writing this application. Many people keep playing because they enjoy my company You don't even know how happy inside it makes me feel. I can't disappoint them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I've been a vice commander for a long time and have been a student of Bagder's work. That doesn't mean that I am a programmed robot that wrote down every thing that Badger has done. I adopted his motivation, commanding ability, and critical thinking. But there were things that Badger never had that I have. Badger had a difficult job dealing with minges, dishing out punishments, and defending his points. I learned how to deal with those way before I learned how to properly rp as a medic. 7. How often can you be Online? : Basically all day unless I have something to do. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None.
  8. +/- I'd like to see 31st do more than they currently doing. Show us you can fix the "boringness" of the 31st and you have my full support. Short application though.
  9. + Teach your boys to preform CAS during events. But other than that, good luck.
  10. +/- This, to me at least, sounds like something the command members of 31st is neglecting. Either they don't care that the battalion is getting stale and boring, or are currently planning on adding something. Anyway, you're always welcome to come to the medbay for mandatory machine maintenance. Just make sure to put it over comms.
  11. I've seen glimpses of IF doing tryouts. To me it just looks like they're making stuff up on the spot that sound hard.
  12. Lately I've been really intrested with tryouts from other battalion for some reason. So far I've done SF, 501st, medical, purge, and DT. The hardest one out of these would have to be SF because of it's lengthy SOP and guidelines. But I haven't done all of them yet. That's why I'm asking your guys's opinions. What is the hardest battalion to join? At the same time, what was your funniest tryout?
  13. +Support This subdivision is perfect for those medics that still want to help people and kill baddies, but don't want to stay in the back of the formation, only giving out health and ammo.
  14. + Support . - Short application. +Nice guy. +Heavily experienced with commanding and leading. +Super active.
  15. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) and your SteamID Phill 1203 STEAM_1:0:105045259 2. What Regiment are you VCMDR+ in? Medical 3. Why do you want to stay as a (vice) commander of this branch? Because medical needs a commanding officer during the afternoon when Badger is asleep. Badger commands the mornings, I take the afternoon. (relative to my time) 4. How active are you on the server (include timezone)? Very active. (CST) 5. How active would you say your battalion is? If it is inactive, what are you doing to fix this? The people that are in our battalion is small but active enough. We're trying to recruit more people though.
  16. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC SE 1LT Phill 1203 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 69th Medical Corp 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? As a medical from the American time zones, I don't see many medical online. Both the current commander and the vice commander are from Europe's time zone. We need a vice commander, in the American time zones, that can show an example and rally the storm troopers to join medical, furthering our ability to help out others. As a vice commander, I will be able to be that role model and convince the storm troopers to join medical. I will be hosting audit trainings and tryouts during those afternoon times. I also want to become a vice commander of this branch so I can expand the role-play of this branch. I have excellent qualifications as a medic because I have previous experience as a commander in another server. Although it may not be as big as Gaming lights, the amount of people have never stopped us from not having fun during events and role-play. Obtaining such a rank is not easy. It requires immense dedication and heart in that one battalion. You also need to be recognized by high command that you have, indeed, have been doing a great job. As a vice commander, I'll be able to teach my troops how to properly preform medical training exercises in training audits. Not only can I carry out those types of audits, but I also have been helping troopers recover from mental illnesses, such as the likes of PTSD, schizophrenia, and phobias. As a vice commander, I will be able to recommend new sub divisions within medical that deal with the specific needs of our troopers. In one example, there could be a sub division that deals with the whole mental illness problem just like psychiatrists do in real life, and elite medics that live and breath only to save the lives of other troopers. Kind of like front line medics. I want the additional space that vice commander gives to flourish my thinking. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Around 58 hours constantly role-playing in one regiment 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a medical vice commander is to become a role model in proper role-play to the other troopers. We are supposed to be the backbone of any event out there. A flimsy backbone can't save anything, but a sturdy backbone can support the whole body. The whole body representing the other soldiers. Those aren't the only responsibilities that a vice commander has. They also have to attend mandatory meetings with other commanders and higher ups, to discuss the status of their battalions, discuss any problems within their battalions or in the battalions of other commanders, and discuss other event ideas that would include the whole server. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should entrust me with a vice commander position because I am a very honest person that only wants the best for both parties. I have always been the kind of person that desires to support others and I can support everyone even further if I was a vice commander. I have previous experience, as stated before in one of the previous answers. I have been entrusted to lead, entrusted enough to be regularly counted on, and entrusted to hold a high enough position in another server to lead more. Multiple people have put their trust in me and I haven't back stabbed any of them. I have always fulfilled any request they asked of me. I have experience moderating servers with over 4k members, and owning a server with over a 100 people. That said, I have proved many people that I can be trusted. I'm also the one that has to remind and enforce the rules to other people. I have an excellent memory. That allows me to remind others what the duties are for the soldiers I'm leading, and how to fulfill them correctly and as fast as possible. That's why I'm trustworthy enough to be a medical vice commander in the server. 7. How often can you be Online? : All day during the weekends, and the afternoon on the weekdays 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None
  17. 1.Whats your ingame name? Phill 1203 2.Whats your steamID?: STEAM_1:0:105045259 3.Have you read the Medical Corps SOP?: I have 4.How long have you been on the server: Since March 8th 5.How many warns do you have?: None 6.Why do you want to be an Officer?: If I became an officer, I would be able to fill in the empty spots in CO right now. Medical also needs active officers and I would fill that in. 7.What Timezone are you in? And how available can you be on a typical day?: Central Standard. Since we are currently in quarantine, I'm available for the whole day, unless there is some thing I have to attend to. 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: Since I have a good memory, I'm good at reminding the troopers what to do in situations they haven't been in before. Since the troopers that have seen me online and have seen seen me command, they see me as a nice guy. I'm also one of the most active, if not, the most active. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants and what can you bring to the Medical Corps command?: I'm one of the most active medical in the battalion and one of the most liked in the battalion.
