  1. +Support Very good activity. Follows orders well. Hope you do well-CW9
  2. In-Game name: CW9 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:197371260 Rank: 1SGT How long have you been in your current rank?: 7 Days What experiences in leadership do you have?: I Have been on multiple servers where I lead soldiers as a commander or in an officer position. I also in real life went through training in real life how to organize, and lead others. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I want to become an officer because it would allow me to take up more responsibilities. It would also allow me to lead, and teach NCOs and enlisted about the proper protocols in DT. Through leading as an officer I wish to learn how to lead better, improve my combat awareness, and combat tactics. Through becoming an officer I hope to improve myself, along with all of DT. Of which staying as a NCO may not be possible. I would also want to provide more PVP SIM to troopers, even if there is no GM+ in the Regiment at the time. This is because I want troopers to be more entertained while on the job. Instead of only sticking to our VIPs which can be monotonous. I would also want to do this because I've seen that in some cases after being promoted Enlisted did not receive the proper training required for their new rank (Heavy, and marksman training). I would also like to focus on teaching those that were recently promoted how to properly interrogate, and breach a room. During my time in DT I was inspired by our previous commander AX1, or now known as Marshal Commander Odin. AX1 was a powerful foundation to this regiment, he handled a lot of things on his own. When he left all of DT felt it. However we managed to survive, and thrive without him. His impact left an impact in all of DT. This included me who now wants to support DT because it means a lot to me. I wanna help the regiment because we can be serious, and stoic at times. However we can be fun, and joyful. I wanna make sure that we can be disciplined, and well trained, but how to enjoy the regiment too. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) Throughout my time as an NCO I tried to stand out from my peers. Other times I've stayed on the server for nearly entire days only as DT to try to help out however I can. However the most significant thing that i've done is helping the Commands with documents that i believe were needed. This included the Interrogation document that was already approved, and a breaching doc that I am still in the process of making. Through them I hope that they could help the regiment, and broaden the understanding of others in DT. I also try to be friendly, and fair to all members in the regiment. While also trying to be serious in my position. I also try to keep focus on the task at hand when we are guarding VIPs. Also try to inform, and help others that need help with the SOP. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? I do. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? I do
  3. +Support a buff can be very helpful with defending VIP's and taking out individuals who try to attack us. -As we are any RG below Senior Guard are substantially weaker than a apprentice IQ and can be taken out easily. -An example of this is recently during an event when we were protecting a VIP a jedi tried to take out our WIP, and all RG on (5) engaged him. In the end 4 of the RG died including Vice sovereign, Shadow guard, and 2 full royal guard. All of whom are experienced, and in the end the Jedi still escaped. -I think this situation proves that RG needs a buff to our Lightsabers or in some other way if needed.
