  1. Hiya heya, I'm gotta get outta here as I'm not having fun nor having the experience i was hoping for, i spent my LOA deciding what to do and I just wanna do what's best for me. I had most of my fun training people and bringing them into maintenance, and had fun encouraging people in it. But theres no reason to stress about something that doesn't make me happy. Cya cuties

I honestly think no demotion is necessary.

    A warn at most.

Panda has time and time again proven to love this server and to try to help build this community. He is a pretty good person and I dont think this was a decision he made completely aware of himself. I dont think such harsh punishments like removals or 2 rank demos should be handed out because 1 lapse in judgment for idk how long should not have to result in someone losing around 4 months of progress in their battalion that is pure  folly.

+Support for a warn though no worse.

    Seem fair to me +Support

    7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?
I think i should become a command member because of my dedication, my experience with command, and my general helpfulness to those around me. As I've mentioned in my other apps, I was once maintenance command and the head of R&D, so i know what I'm doing with enlisted management. I'm extremely competent when it comes to promotions, demotions, and recommendations, as i know what to look for in potentially talented maintenance personal. I can be quite helpful when it comes to updates, suggestions, and general feedback on issues and questions. I'm very helpful when it comes to enlisted questions and concerns, as I'm knowledgeable about almost all maintenance rules and regulations. I'm ambitious and always looking for something to do and improve upon.

I'm friendly to all those around me, always looking to assist in any way, and I think my reputation has well since I came back. I'm well active on maintenance, hopping on at least 5 days week, 2-3 hours each time, sometimes way more. While i have not been one long, so far my trainings have extremely well, as i try to be quick, fun, and helpful as much as i can be. Trainings, for once, is something that i really look forward too and have fun with, which i believe makes the experience for the trainee much more engaging. Overall, I'd think I would be a good pick for command because of my experience, personality, and my deep intrigue in maintenance.

[The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.]

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?
Enact a small DNT on him, /demote him off the job, if he hops back on, I'd contact Higher command to put a temp/perma blacklist on them

8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation?

8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?
i would remove him off of maintenance, /demote him off the job, get rid of his whitelist, and then finally log it as a punishment
