(longer the better): So me and a close friend are making a server and he chose me to be his Head of Staff, I was currently a Moderator when I accepted to be Head of staff but someone told igneous and so on. we where not going to be making a Server for months and we only had a discord so Technically i was not staff on another server. yes it was another community but it was only me and the onwer and we wearnt going to be making a server for months as ive already said. I would improve the branch by making sure people are having a fun time and making sure they are active and don't get bored, While achieving to keep high numbers in the roster. I am also good and enforcing rules and Regulations. When it comes to difficuilt decisions I always try my best to sort things out fairly. While doing this i would make sure to maintain order and work along side with others. I am also very good at making documents if it comes down to command wanting anything made. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I Believe i should be trusted because i have been in Navy for about 2 weeks and i am here to stay for the long haul. i always make sure people are in check and are not messing around. The Aviation officers are to maintain the Star Fighters Corps and make sure operations are running smoothly. This also includes making sure that all ships are informed of new protocol that the command has put in place.

I want to be here to see many Generations of Gensec and help it grow if I get to a command rank but in the mean time I am happy helping the enlisted and the sergeants with any questions or concerns they may have. I believe with guiding the enlisted they could be the next generation of command. I am currently thinking about filling out the WO application but I would rather guide the enlisted as I've said before without having to focus on a lot more than them. I believe I am an essential part with along the other NCO's we keep Gensec stable while command can focus on more important things and not have to worry about new comers. although don't get me wrong Command do the best at their job. and that's why I believe I should keep my rank in Gensec.
