  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) and your SteamID MC SNR CMDR Badger 5982 STEAM_0:1:216252845 2. What Regiment are you VCMDR+ in? The 69th Medical Corps 3. Why do you want to stay as a (vice) commander of this branch? I believe I can make Medical as a whole more consistently active, especially during events and combat scenarios, as well as ensuring that they are more disciplined, as although I'm a believer in second chances, outright minging has no place in Medical and although I can't be active at all times due to the restrictions of my timezone I make sure such occasions are dealt with. 4. How active are you on the server (include timezone)? Available on Discord from 2AM EST to 7PM EST, and available to get in game from anywhere from 10AM EST to 5PM EST. 5. How active would you say your battalion is? If it is inactive, what are you doing to fix this? Medical clearly isn't the most active of battalions, it is relatively semi-active for events and at peak times, I have been pushing for more tryouts recently, however, there needs to be a balance of Quantity Vs Quality, because, as mentioned previously, I have little tolerance of outright minging.
  2. Neutral Comment Hello Glass, a quick suggestion; Trail = a mark or a series of signs or objects left behind by the passage of someone or something Trial = a test of the performance, qualities, or suitability of someone or something I'd suggest changing the name of this post. I don't know anything about being a GM so I can't comment on the rest of this application except that it's slightly short.
  3. I'd be happy to, all I'm concerned about is the blurred line between Elite Troopers and Special Forces and the redundancy of the Scout Sub-Division.
  4. - Support - Sounds pretty neat - Lore friendly - I'd love to see it implemented. Now, I'm going to be picking through some points that others have made clear and some personal opinions of my own. This is a very good point to add, as another unit that occupies a life means one less life that could be used elsewhere, I know you're not starting a new battalion, but an ST PVT isn't a life, and an ST Storm Commando will be. Lore friendly isn't a major pushing factor here to be honest: Would the Emperor, Darth Vader, a Grand Admiral and a Grand Moff all be on one ship for long stretches of time without a support fleet? No. Would lesser-known factions and corporations constantly declare war on the might of the Empire and be crushed mere days later? No. The Imperial Security Bureau wouldn't feed intel on potential Rebel cells, that would be Imperial Intelligence. Like, in lore, Medical Troopers still have the Hippocratic oath, where they are not able to do any harm to people of their same race, we don't abide by that because we would be useless against human enemies. Just because it's lore, it doesn't mean it should be added. IF is currently proposing having Thermal Detonators added to them, but they are meeting fierce resistance, despite them actually being Special Forces, it is agreed that most explosives should be handled by the 31st Demolition Corps. All three of these just makes Scouts redundant and useless; you have a better version of the Scout's sniper rifle, you have a speeder bike and you have a Stun Baton. Now this is where I find fault, this is either the function of a reconnaissance unit, or the function of a special forces unit. There is already a reconnaissance unit in STs, which are scout troopers, and you maintain that Storm Commandos are not to be Special Forces, make a decision, are you gonna make Scouts, a sub-division that you lead, redundant in STs, or are you creating a Special Force? Also, I would quite like to at least see a W.I.P SOP before even considering supporting such a shift in Special Forces and STs.
  5. +/- Support This sounds like a good idea to take the burden off of Shock at peak minging time, however, removing K2's from Shock's command and giving them to any donator that wants it can lead to extrajudicial powers for someone with an arrest stick, as they would no-longer answer to Shock Command and would not be trained by Shock personnel so wouldn't know any of the rules and regulations for Shock.
  6. + Support. - Friendly guy. - A Colonel so trusted by Purge Command. - Mature and doesn't minge. - Shows leadership potential. - Application is a little short.
  7. Because the Empire does all of these and more, so why do it for free when you can get paid for it?
  8. Major +Support - Genuinely nice and friendly guy - Recently made IF VCMDR - Great Application - Trustworthy - Active as hell - I'm sure that he can make great events Good luck!
  9. +Support Pretty simple but nice-looking weapon. Lore-friendly. As Alpha says, it will increase the variety of weapons. If added, I'll attempt to have it given to Medical Officers+ so they have a bit more weaponry than just an E-11.
  10. Awesome, thanks for the crash course guys.
  11. Yes, I know, some of them are obvious, like EMS or SWAT, but what about the others, like when does a SWAT situation become a job for the Deltas? I'm thinking about kinda joining Police RP every now and then and I wanna know what options are available and what they do.
  12. Good luck mate, feel free to drop in every now and then so we don't get lonely.
  13. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
  14. What do you want to see? - An armor-restoring kit to restore people's armor, and give it to either 31st or Medical Why should we add it? - The current method of restoring armor is kill-binding, which is wasteful and time consuming, and makes it only usable What are the advantages of having this? - People don't have to kill-bind to get their armor back, and, if given to 31st, it gives them a supporting role in offensive operations instead of just building defenses and using explosives. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone, 31st/Medical Links to any content - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1609999134 This was originially proposed by my medic Doom for Medical, but's also a viable addition to 31st as well if they want it.
  15. IGN- "Gripping storytelling" MSN- "Will there be a sequel?" ZNN- "The In-depth world building is marvelous" Verge- "wtf am I looking at?" Buzzfeed- "Which Member of Gaminglight ImpRP Are you? Take our quiz today!!"
  16. Ok, what type of progression system would you suggest other than promotions? Because I don't know what you're trying to suggest here.
  17. + Support - Good ST Officer on his 2nd life and, as far as I've seen, great on Naval as well. - Good Application - Could definitely help manage my Medical - Pretty Competent ^ Very good, but one of the main purposes of Naval Attachés is to bridge the gap between the assigned battalion and Naval Command, the rest of the application is great, however this is just for future reference.
  18. + Support Is IQ Command, so trusted in positions Knows his way around lore Can definitely spruce-up on ship events a little Detailed Application Genuinely nice bloke
  19. - Support - Shitty Application - Too nice of a person - Awesome VCMDR - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Goddamn, best of luck to you mate! Medical's gonna miss ya big man
  20. Granted! Come speak to me and Vice Commander Phil for your whitelist and permissions!
  21. - Major Support - Want to support the ISD's health and heal in Battle? Join Medical. - Dual RK3s? Medics are about healing not being Rambo. - This is Medical's JOB - Nope, nope nope No description, no reasons to why it might be beneficial, nah, I'm good.
