Im gunna be retiring from Sovereign protector Now. I said something that was taken the wrong way and its on me for wording it as such. after saying such thing, i was removed from staff. With that being said i couldve stayed but i no longer deserve this position. My power went to my head and i said something i cant take back and its on me. Im not worthy of this position nor should i have it. Its been fun bois. This is my decision as i am punishing myself for wht i said. I did this and deserve this punishment. What do you want to see? - I would love to see a Slight Damage buff to RG Lightsaber or a Slight Increase in the Width of the Lightsaber blade. We don't need much maybe like a 50dmg-100dmg increase. It is completely upto you guys the SMT to decide how much, we just need a slight buff. Why should we add it? - When I first joined gaminglight/RG back on January 12th. RG was OP and fit the Lore/Damage output perfectly. You had to have courage to duel one of us because we did enough damage then to fit killing IQ,CC,etc while protecting our VIP. Now idk what changed or what happened but now with 4+ RG we would be lucky to even defeat lets say 1 Lord while protecting our VIP or Dueling. Before we would kill someone in a matter of Seconds and Now we have to chase them down a hallway if we are not dead. The damage output no longer fits the need to be able to kill people/protect our VIP. We don't really need much but we really need something. At first I thought I was just bad at dueling but it isn't. I as a Sovereign Protector can barely defeat an Apprentice who lets say has duel sabers. We desperately need this buff to be able to protect our VIPs and end threats as soon as they start. We really don't need much but we need something. DT was allowed a buff to fit the need to be able to defend their VIP, please allow RG to get the Buff they need to defend their VIPs. This isn't about whether or not we are a terrible dueler or need more training, I really thought that was the issue but it isn't. What are the advantages of having this? - -Allows for better protection of our VIP -Makes us more feared/dreaded to fight -Allows us to end fights as soon as they begin and not spend 15min chasing someone down to finished the job -Will remove the need/want for Pistols for RG -Will also increase the specialty of Buying RG. I do how they work and function though Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: On ship: I would simply spawn in a ship with someone in disguise and later more ships would appear only to have our ship boarded and invaded by a bunch of rebels that we would have to fend off if not eventually have to evacuate the ship. The objective of the Actors is too take out the Engine Capture a High Command Leader and then Evac the ship with possibly causing the imperials to evac But for an off ship: event I would go to hoth or somewhere, send the Imperials there to setup a F.O.B not realizing that this is a Major Rebellion strong hold planet. While setting it up the Rebel attack capturing one of our High Ranking Leaders. Next the Imperials can make the Decision to scout for the base and attack and rescue or Evac and wait for Reinforcements and come back later. I want to be a Sovereign Protector of this branch because the old Sovereign Protector has left and im currently leading the branch as a VSOV but somethings only a Commander can do and is needed for and I don't wanna leave our Battalion without a CMD. I've also been told I am best fit to take this position. I love RG and I really want to be one of the guys that help lead it. People look upto me and when they do I really don't want to let them down. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is to help make the Branch Better in anyway. As a VCMD or VSOV of the branch or really the highest rank currently I have taken charge, enforcing tick cooldown, making Shadow Guard S.O.P, enforcing activity, doing rollcall, setting an example for others within the branch. A commander should be doing all those things and more. I feel a Commander should be dedicated, on everyday, and listening to the people. As a current VCMD I only do things I know or ask my branch they would agree with. Before making big decisions I always clear it with my officers and then make sure I have the fully support of the branch. I feel that a Commander should always do what is right their branch and always have the branches full support and if they don't then they don't deserve to be Sovereign Protector. 6. (Can be any length) I personally believe that even though my experience on other servers may not show it, that I would make a great staff member. I've personally witnessed and have gone through multiple issues I with staff mishandling situations, jumping to conclusions, etc. I have even been in the situation where I knew more about how to go about the issue than the staff member herself/himself did. I feel that this server needs more staff members and even more that I hope to show you guys like me are good. I am a very nice and chill person until it is unneeded, then I do and respond to the situation properly. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and make sure to know what I am doing before making my decision. I have dedicated quite a lot to help this server and I feel that I cannot go any further until I have achieved staff. I hope that by getting this rank I can help the server more than I've already have. This is an amazing server and im dedicated to it and I hope one day I can do more for it. I have seen staff abuse and players breaking more rules than possible and I hope that by getting staff and climbing the ranks I can fix those issues. All I need is a chance and I can show you what I can do and how much I can help. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first of course strip his weapons so that he cannot fire anymore. I would then bring him and try to talk to him, since he his cursing at me i would make sure to try to talk him down and say things like "Hey man theres no need in cursing at me, im trying to figure out what going on, ive gotten reports of you MRDMing" If he continues I would gag him and say what all I need to. I would then say im going to ungag you now, so please give me your side of the story of what happened (Im trying to see whether he is in the wrong or not. I would use common sense here to determine if he is lying or in the wrong). Once he has explained I would then gather what ive been told and determine my course of action. If he doesn't explain and continues cursing I would then gag him and explain to him that that was his final chance and I am now going to issue punishment according to the staff handbook.
