If you have a Staff ULX you will be taken off the report list (since staff shouldn't be breaking rules) , Although an easy way around this is too report someone for RDM, and use the player as 'Other'. As the Marshal Commander isn't Naval & it doesn't matter what the RP rank is, Everyone is reportable Reporting the Marshal Commander for hitting you... seems like a bit much dawg,

Hey guys, I wouldn't advise arguing as this will get locked by a Forums Diplomat. Both parties has left their responses, and it's up to SMT to decide whether the report is valid or not

-/+ Support -I believe the punishment is high, Especially for someone who is brand new to the staff team and is encouraged to learn from their superiors. -He put props down with the intent of keeping the server safer, Although he should've handled the situation completely differently -Allegedly Lied about getting SMT's Permission In the end it's up to SMT Although I feel like he had good intentions, Just executed poorly

-Support -Originally when you first joined the forms, You spammed on every sub-topic trying to get your content up, Although you don't do it today, I still remember it because you went on every single servers sub-form and commented/quoted something, Especially when you went on The Military-RP Sub-forms and said "this is sad because the server is dead" from a post that was over 2 years ago. -I just don't feel you'd make a good addition to forum diplomats

-/+Support (Read Below.) This is a case of miscommunication A lot of people believe that Mic-Spam in the Cantina is allowed. Even though SMT has said it isn't, Some members of the community believe it still is. I believe the Player should let off with a Verbal Warning as even I had to explain to multiple members of the community that Mic-Spam in the Cantina isn't allowed, A lot of the community still doesn't know it's not allowed. The Player was under the impression that Mic-Spamming is allowed In the OOC Area (Although this isn't the case) the player still tried to keep it in the general area to not interfere with anyone's RP. In the video it appears nobody in the video made an effort to explain that Mic-Spam isn't allowed in the Cantina which is why I think he should be left with a Verbal Warning. Also, when he was speaking as a droid, He was in the OOC Area, So I don't see why he should be warned for talking in an OOC area. (JMT has said you're allowed to talk as droids in the OOC Area)
