+support If we were to find a addon that ran well with the server I would fully support this. It would give technical more to do and would allow more accurate defcons. The only reason that I see people against this is due to the fact that it would make ci raids more difficult. The cameras likely wouldn't work with the power turned off and several other balancing changes could be made. D class could try and storm a control room in lcz for example to destroy it and render it unusable for 15 minutes for example.

To be fair 106 players often do this same type of thing. I'll agree with the full implementation of this rule if it starts to get enforced on scps as well.

-support -Giving xp would consume way too much staff time. -Medical has fair pair- at most the cost for healing supplies could be decreased. Only thing that I think would help is if researchers worked with medical more often for tests.

@GenSec Clarification: If a D-Class is purposely protecting another D-Class, such as a gunner, and they refuse to move, then open fire on them too.
