This is not a bug.. this is intentional breaking/glitching the game to cause an error as such. Users caught exploiting this will be perma banned.

I just re-added the sound effects to our steam workshop content pack, a restart of GMOD will download the new sounds. Bug has been fixed!

This Error is caused by the current infantry kit error. Once users start experiencing the IFAK error it is highly recommended that they restart their GMOD and re-join the server. We are currntly looking into fixing/replacing the IFAK system which will hopefully fix this issue. As there is already a Bug report up for the medkit i will be closing this bug report.

In regards to new sounds and effects for SCP's I have just added 7 new custom made sound effects for 682 and a new crying sound effect for 096. I will continue adding more sounds in the near future for other SCP's to increase our role-play environment within the server.
