Shotgun balance changes and new 049/610 Swep fixes!

SCP-049 Swep:
We have fixed many bugs related to the old 049 swep while also adding in some hard-coded features! SCP-049 is now incapable of turning researchers/robotic Jobs within the swep itself, meaning no more sits revolving said issue which allows for more continuous roleplay to take place! I have future plans to add some custom sounds and voice lines for SCP-049 so stay tuned for that!
SCP-610 Swep:
Same as our SCP-049 swep, we have fixed many bugs in regards to our SCP-610 swep. The most noticeable fix is that players no longer randomly die after they were previously SCP-610-2 or SCP-049-2 also players can no longer turn the host or other infected players! I know these issues used to frustrate our 049 and 610 mains so I'm happy we can deliver a better quality of gameplay experience for you guys while on these SCP's.
Shotgun buff/nerf:
We have gone and made some adjustments to the current meta in regards to shotguns! I personally want the weaponry on our server to have a more unique feel, All guns shouldn't shoot or feel the same, they should be used when the situation calls for that gun or type of gun to be used! I highly recommend you guys hop on the server and test these changes for yourselves, but for those of you who can't, some examples of adjustments made are as follows...
Browning-Auto: Increased spread, Decreased range. (Useless in mid/long-range, Heavy damage dealer in close-quarters)
Remington 870: Increased damage, slightly increased spread. (Excellent for mid-range combat)
Mossberg 590: Increased damage, slightly increased spread. (Excellent for mid-range combat)
USAS-12: Increased damage, Increased kickback. (Best suited for close-quarters combat)
Nova: Decreased spread, Increased range, Decreased RPM. (Best suited for long-range combat, 12 Gauge Slug rounds)
Armor kit:
We have revamped the armor kit system to now work alongside the current medkit system! Armor kits no longer have a charge up effect and now require "Armor charges" much like the medkit "Medical charges" system. All maintenance branch-related jobs can now spawn in armor charges from the f4 menu and we have also added armor charges to the NPC shop ingame for those of you outside of maintenance.
