Because I was the commander and I want to continue helping the Shock Battalion in every way I can! Helping the new commander in anything he might need. I feel like I am one of the more active people on the server and I really enjoy doing the Admin job of sits and things of that nature it makes me feel important even more then being a VCMDR. I feel as I am fair and objective with any of the sits I have done thus far. I am one of the oldest players on the server so I have a lot of actual real life experience in owning my own company. Having to sit people down and tell them what they have done wrong and even fire people if need be. So I feel that correlates well with being an Mod/Admin. I feel like I am a very respected person on the Server and having never having any warns or anything of that nature I feel as I can be a huge help to admins. Also I am on very late most nights so when we get those pesky whitelists at 2AM it will be very helpful to have an admin who can be on pretty much all times. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? give him a warn for Mass RDMing and foul language then if he continues gag him and then if it continues ban him for at least am hour and if he comes back from his ban and has zero intention of actual RP and is clearly here just to minge just ban him from the server all together. Whenever anyone calls shock the Internal Affairs (IA) will respond. They will arrive on scene and if the situation needs an arrest they will call a regular shock down to arrest the person. They will work under the Internal Affairs Leader (IAL) and the IAL will work under VCMDR+. IA can help with ISB and High Naval if requested. I will have an SOP written up by the end of the week as well for this class! Model edit: First few comments have been addressed very small size and will stand out in a crowd. I have been the Shock VCMDR for about 3 months now and before that I had worked my way up through the shock ranks creating lasting relationships with every last person who is active on Shock I have been doing roster and tryout updates and really just trying to take the lead on a lot of updates to the shock documents as my previous Shock Commander Arson wasn't too keen on doing them. Also I feel i am well known in the server as being respectful and fair with any of my arrests, As well as just being a good player overall. I feel that I would make the best commander because I am on the server almost every day so long as IRL things dont get in the way. I feel that I will make a good commander because the current active shock look up to and respect the things I say. They follow my orders and we have been able to keep a steady number yet low number of active shock members. My goal is to get the activity of shock up past other battalions! I have been looking for more things to do within game and feel that being the Shock Commander will help with that desire! I feel that with me as a commander would set a great chain of command within the current shock ranks opening a slot for VCMDR for some of our more active shock officers to have a goal to be on and active to work towards. I would also like to take into the account of my IRL military experience in the Army as a SGT i am responsible of making trainings and commanding troops i feel this experience helps me be a great officer within my battalion! I have been apart of the server about 5-6 months and been active for almost all of those months are a daily activity! 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose for a commander of a branch is to take the orders given to him from high command and make sure every single person within his/her battalion understand the rules and goals given to them from high command, As well as make sure they keep their Battalion in check and in a well ordered and respectful/Serious manner. To make sure they are bringing new people into their Battalions in new and interesting ways. To make sure the training and upkeep of their Officers/NCO is constant! As well as to keep order of the lower enlisted people within their Battalion and be a roll model for anyone within the Battalion as the goal or standard to perform as a trooper within the Battalion! 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel as tho I am a trust worthy person within the server! I have never been warned and am always fair when i arrest someone. I love playing on the server and is the only server I play on in GMOD so i have all of my attention on this server. With me being one of the current VCMDR of Shock I feel as I am trusted with that duty and ready to take on the responsibility of Commander. A lot of my Shock have said they would like to see me as the Commander, I feel that shows they trust me to be a good commander too them. I have always had the best intention when on the server and have the respect of most other Battalions on the server and can gladly say I feel that a lot of the higher ups of other Battalions are my friends! Whenever I am on my VCMDR job I am always down in the dirt with my men so to speak. I am standing guard at checkpoints I am making sure everyone is having fun of the job by doing Shock SIMS. I feel that is why I should be trusted to be the new Shock Commander! 7. I feel as I have the proper amount of experience leading soldiers from my IRL experience in the military as well as how active I am on the server which is almost every day if i dont have military training. I would like to be Vice Commander because I wanna put in more effort and be able to have an active change in the server. As well as help my fellow Shock become the best battalion on the server! I feel that the current commander and I have a very good relationship and our leadership together would do nothing but bring good things to Shock! As well as I have helped in many training documents as well as roster updates and upkeep. I keep new shock inline as well as getting some of the older members of shock with things to do such as delegating training/tryouts to keep people busy. Normally I am the highest ranking Shock on besides Arson, So I will swap people out of checkpoints so no one gets too bored. As well as getting Sims set up so the shock on the ship have plenty of things to do. I really think I would make a great VCMDR and hope you all will see that as well thank you for your time! 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have about 4 months of playing time with all of that time being on Shock and IQ but 98% of my time is spent on Shock keeping the peace! 5. The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to support the Commander in anything he may need as well as being able to keep the Shock officers and Enlisted in check. Another purpose is to keep SOP's and any other documents within the Shock Battalion up to date and current as well as Roster info and activity of people on shock. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have never had any warns or strikes against me I have always followed RP rules and have some great input when doing RP events. I am liked by all in shock and outside of shock as well. I have never heard anyone bad mouthing me or saying i am a minge or anything of the sort. I love the RP that this server has and enjoy every second of my time in the server! 7. How often can you be Online? : I am online almost everyday if I dont have Military training to go too.
