I would handle this by trying to calm the person down first if he does not calm down then I will gag him and explain to him whats going on then ungag him and let him speak his story and if he still is curing and not complying I will warn him and jail him. -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? if a player is threatening to charge back I would let him know the punishment that there is for chargebacks and let a higher-up know what he said -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? +/-Support Not going to lie and act like a victim but most of my warns are old I had 28 warns when I decided to change my act and actually wanted to be in the gaminglight community but you are all right like everyone else I did have 30 chances to change my act but the thing is that when I first got gmod I was your classic mingey kid that just wanted to fuck with people and I do regret those days and sadly I can not take them back I have a month ban now and will be reflecting on my actions I still have a chance at changing my act but you guys most of the people that want to change there act it is hard there is a lot of criticism that people give you regardless if your warns are old or not this warn that I got that got me to 30 warns was for respawning while EMS was online it did not show a call ems button sadly I do not have proof showing that so there is nothing I can do to show that something bugged I have really tried my best at changing since I started playing with the gaming light community again but lots of admins check your warns for everything and I get it's their jobs but I can accidentally mess up like I did today because I did I will automatically get warned like I said I still have a chance at being apart of the gaming light community I will try my best to not let my warns get high enough for a ban again thanks for everyone that read this long response -DekotaZ

-Support I have seen multiple people do it before and I thought it was a valid way to go down because no one else would be reported or warned and clearly in the video we do not die and we went down by sliding down the cliff and obviously it could happen in real life and we where also already jumping off before he jumped in we where not trying to evade police custody and we knew we were being chased after seeing him pointing a gun at my head.

What you want to see? - I would like to see a similarity of the old warn appeal format. Why should we add it? - Honestly me as a gaminglight member with 26 warns I would love to take back the times where I minged or did other things of the sort because honestly I do regret doing all those things to ruin people's time on gaminglight and if people have as many warns as me and feel the same way I feel because it is harder to get into other jobs or families because they will look at your warns and automatically say oh he's a minge nope even though it has been months that you do not get warned. lots of people have a hard time getting into things such as being an moderator/administration because of there warns. What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages of this would be that more people would be in departments such as EMS,staff,Swat ETC. in my opinion it would smart to bring back a similarity of the old warn appeal format so others that have had a point in there life that they are childish and look back and say wow I was very childish and would like to change there act and take PRP Seriously to join other departments have a chance to but there would be boundaries maybe a max of how many warns you can appeal in one month or something of the sort. Who is it mainly for? - This would be mainly for people that would like to appeal any old warns that regret doing something and have had at least 2 months without a warn and looks like they are honestly regretful and will not do the same thing again basically giving the person a second chance I think that this would help the community grow such as in departments. If the person is doing the same things such as minging or player disrespect ETC. then the player should have bigger consequences and should be blacklisted from the appeal format.
