yeah dees is not special I know hehehe for real though might be Timezone I saw him for about 1 -2 hrs earlier today not trying to start a argument Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to please stop and to just relax, if the cursing continued I would gag them and proceed to explain to them why they are there in the first place and why I gagged them. I would then ungag them and allow them to explain to me why they thought to do this, after I would inform them that they will be warned for staff disrespect and MRDM. I would then call an admin over to give them a 5+ day ban. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? If the sit became out of control I would gag everyone that is in it. If required I would ask for another admin to help out with the sit. I would then proceed to ungag them one by one to hear each side of the story and hand out punishment as needed.

+support I can give my 2 cents as far as knowing Dano will deliver good results if put in the Senior Event Team he's overall a nice guy and easy to communicate with which is why I think he would also be good at doing what he wants to accomplish like hosting bigger better events. Also as far as I have seen he is pretty active. The only reasonable downside is 1 strike but other than that looks good to me!

So what I am getting from this is you think he neglected his duties by exercising staff discretion when it comes to punishments? Also the not bringing one of them could've easily been a mistake please tell me if I am not interpreting this correctly +/- until @jackcat135 responds

+Support I think mystery has put at the very least; effort into becoming less mingy He is generally extremely easy to talk to and understanding. He has been on this server for a while and his last warn was like 2 months ago and then he had like 7 or 6 months before other warns appeared. So he doesn't get warned often and generally seems to follow the MOTD.

-Support So from what I am understanding you want to warn someone for flagging off a job and going afk because you wanted to slaughter everyone... I dont think that's really LTARP at all I think that's I am fed up and want to leave. People aren't slaves on this game just cause X happened should not mean that the player is prohibited from leaving. LTARP in my opinion would be more like getting captured as a research diplomat then leaving to escape the capture then rejoining right after. I in no point of my arguments intend any harm or disrespect have a good day.

Not only are you on a 1 strike policy but getting this marked down on your staffing profile this early is very bad. +support whilst I think Jack had no ill will he is still in violation of the handbook.

Yes I do usually stop at moderator, but that relates to my medical issues n such because back then I didn't have help. Know I do perhaps things may change. 2.The warns have been a very big source of controversy for this app however I can assure you it will not change my ability to execute the role as a staff member, in fact I use it as a opportunity to be empathetic to those I may be forced to warn/ban but they want to become something like staff. 3. Understandable as I have said I think my minging has cut down extremely compared to before.
