CPL's aren't allowed in HCZ unless escorted by NCO. +support I find this warning to be very... Disappointing. The main reason being is that the HSU was jumping to conclusions in a instant which lead to a very much unwanted situation. I would wager this situation would've been resolved without issue if nobody jumped to conclusion's.

+Support I play sometimes with EU and it's absolutely ridiculous. All scps are breached sometimes, shit tons of d class no mtf due to it being late/early and I feel even 2 minute nlr can be a long timer when you get killed in a time span of seconds

Something that I think needs to be addressed that Is often overlooked is the recent trend of classes getting more hp and armor. Most classes in many branches besides utility have 200/200 hp classes if not just more or just under. This has made it overly difficult to kill anything besides gensec enlisted. So this is why I also support the hp buff of d class. It's because in the server ever class is a tank compared to what they used to be. Like for real a threat you can face as a d class is somebody going ham with dual mini guns and they are better then what some speculate

+Support I like the idea behind adding the m9k fists. Being steadfast will make sure you dont get clobbered being carless will be your death.

+support As a SFC I can say D class riots are super easy to counter. What usually is the reason behined gensec falling is almost always poor decision making. Making d class a more viable threat will not only help security with discipline but also be great for d bois.

Unless you have evidence of such act's I wouldnt avoid attempting to degrade and or worsen someone's reputation like that.

Also before I start I would like to clarify, regardless of who was using you're pc you still take responsability for all warns on the record. so you MUST carry the burden of 11 warns (in reality not that much ) Honestly the app itself is ok. I thought there was a lot of unneeded context in why you should be staff but that's just me. Overall besides the app there are a lot of reasons I like hanging out with you and would see you in a staffing position. +support

While you aren't wrong 096 literally has to depend on luck to kill. Which I dont think is fun at all. 2 seconds is still FAR more than enough time to look away and that change would be useless hell 1 second might be too much. I personally like the idea of 096 being seen in any amount of time gives reason for death. Plus its not overpowered just make a bind that says /site 096 is breached or something.
