So here is my take on this after reviewing the arguments I do NOT think nerfing each weapon by 40% was needed. Why? Because there were some things likely not taken into consideration such as previous weapons already being really bad such as shotguns and snipers. With this update applying to all weapons it caused a sever imbalance in weaponry. The way it should've been executed in my opinion should've been ALOT slower. This was clearly not completely thought through in its entirity. I think in order to address this problem we should ease the 40% debuff to 20% then balance as needed moving forwards +Support for damage changes -support for Hp/Ap changes

I dont see how this matters in the slightest people pay a shit ton for those so it really doesnt matter. Overall I am going to say it no butter or sweet cheeks added All the damn branches on this server have become mini rambo's over the course of like 6 months. Securitys regular hp went from like 100 125 to like 150 150. Then almost all MTF classes are literally 200 200 or more. Its really fuckin stupid how imbalanced it is and it has made every engagement 1 giant fuck fest. Literally right now D block goes as follows 10 d bois with 100 hp vs like 30 DOOM Guy's with 200/200

+Support To be honest this guy is one of the most friendly, caring and giving a fuck person. He's not like others he seeks to solve the problem at its core rather then scratch at dirt. Coming off of a few months experience with Piller I can say it wasn't a friendship but an immediate acquaintance as soon as I met him. He has drive and always seeks to better himself in any critiques given to him. Believe me on that cause I popped of on his ass before and he was calmer then a flamingo which kind of pissed me off more lmfao. That being said I have full confidence he can execute the role of a forum diplomat better than most of if not all current applicants. Also some brownie points he always is willing to explain his reasons for doing shit and I feel this is something a forum diplomat NEEDS to accomplish.

I have a question regarding this I dont want to be "That guy" but like I do not see this being very RP immersive in fact I think it would be kind of ridiculous to be shot at by a concussion rifle in a SCPRP server, again I aint tryna be that guy halo is a beloved game from myself but I struggle to see how this might fit into the server without ruining a few RP aspects. So like how are you guys planning on implementing this like HSU then NO OTHER class can have it or something else?

Towards the end of the clip 3 people were pointing weapons at him and he was still non compliant I am going to side with a +support for a Verbal warning and or formal if deemed fit.

I have known biggie cheese to be a pretty hard worker especially in Military he was one of the best guys we had Take the neutral with a grain of salt however, it'd only there cause I have legit never seen you and I can't support an app in which I have never seen the applicant on so please understand

Thats the point you would have to use process of elimination nobody knows who but a huge and pretty common hint would be 2 of the same people. +Support I feel it would just make the SCP more immersing in terms of how to find it and the mystery. Rather than someone taking a look above you for 2 seconds then treating you 3000% different than you are supposed to be.

I still think +Support They instigated combat with him in the rules it is against them to flag on for the purposes of killing them so it makes not sense for this warn to be here.
