The difference between checking roster vs what RFA did? The RFA disguised as a non combatant which is completely within his control and is his own fault for that decision.
EOI being on the roster is not something in their control.
Huh okay that makes sense then. We never had that as a rule in the old eoi so I never thought that was a must but yeah makes more sense now.

Traditionally and this has been the case for a while, when trying to justify self defense it has been on a case by case basis.
Example: A maintenance can shoot back at a CI that tries to shoot him but that doesn't satisfy him going ballistic on all CI.
In this case 1 guy opened fire, he got shit on then you are no longer in fear. It's really stupid so I DONT THINK YOU SHOULD'VE BEEN WARNED however..

The report itself is no good, researchers/gensec have always been KoS for surface so there is literally no argument here, it doesn't matter his reasoning for killing him all L2/L3 research and gensec alike are KOS anyways.
The part that pissed me off is the camping that's some dick head type shit right there and only shows laziness and stupidity on your part.
TLDR warn for puppy guarding or (maybe) metagame idk if that's what is constituted if someone is camping eoi

Extreme lack of experience which makes me highly skeptical of this application. I've seen good work from u but this is a new branch which will need someone experienced to run. Which I dont see in u. However, there are many positive contributing factors so Ill settle for neutral.

Dude it's stupid to not promote someone and not to tell them. That I literally wasting their time and making them have false hopes thats fucking ridiculous.
The idea of a SDNP and DNI where someone doesn't even know what they did wrong and it keeps them from progressing is down right foolish and immature concept on both fronts.
Now of course I am open to other opinions but every SF I have led and joined don't do SDNPs or DNIs because of how childish it is. Like pretending someone is your friend then talking shit behind their back imo.

So your rational is, if I capture him no matter what happens irl he needs to be in game? If I see right he also says he told you so, which means he signaled earlier he'd have to leave.
I need more context on this cause this seems to sketch, I hear that he just left outta nowhere yet observe him say he told you so in chat.

I think you could be a phenomenal LTCOM if you can make sure to be sufficiently strict and not let people push you over, a new branch will need firm HCMD, I think you have a great potential to help lead this branch and would deserve the position of HCMD or SCMD+, good luck on your app
For once I absolutely disagree, having a hard headed HCOM will make this branch aids. We need someone who isn't a pushover but we also need somebody adaptable. If I'm not mistaken you are mixing these 2 which simply don't mix.
Though I am uncertain of this application only due to its nature and competition. I don't mean to belittle you but in my perspective the only high rank you attained was in a mostly dead and overall fairly struggling branch. This makes it difficult to determine if you truly picked up the skills needed for HCOM. Not only that but the people running against you are some of the best leaders I know currently on the server so I am doubtful you can successfully lead an entirely new branch with new concepts to a good future. Though I know you are a great person and definitely have good ideas.

y'know I am pretty sure we served in A1 together. If I am thinking of the right person then I would definitely back this application up. Was great at helping organize alpha-1 and never really argued or anything. Overall a pretty solid applicant imo. Application looks good from a glance. -

So my main critiques are honestly lack of experience (From what I see) this is particularly crucial considering this is a new branch and thus need very capable people to make it turn out right.
Plus in my eyes there is a profound lack of effort put into this application. -

Definitely someone I would say is on the scope of being more on the effective leader side. I personally would be comfortable with Ein managing the branch.
