What you want to see? - The rule where if you have your gun on safety you cannot be put under Fear RP for muggings or kidnappings to be removed. Why should we add it? - It makes no RP sense not to surrender to someone who has a gun out ready to fire as someone with a gun down and on safety. It only makes sense if you have your gun up and ready against someone. The part where you can't put someone under Fear RP with a gun on safety is still good though. Bruh, we would have the same amount of players just that now there would be an extra step to getting cuffs, a taser, and an MP9 to name a few things someone would be able to get right after joining. I don't see this affecting us in any negative way. Major +support for the suggestion

lmao sorry bout da music, if he really wants to just remove the warn it's not really that big of a deal, I was just frustrated and wanted him warned at the time because I was just about to go to sleep and was very irritable at the time. Also I walked into to PD because I wanted to know what all the commotion inside was about. Ii was a couple steps from the KOS line so I don't think it was that big of a deal. MAJOR -SUPPORT The warn is 100% valid, you even provided the clip of blatant Cop Bait. Even if you were lagging you wouldn't back up at ram into the same car again. After we kicked you out, magically you had enough fps to start running away and try to pull a gun. You then tried to Fail RP by getting into the car and trying to drive away after we battering rammed you but luckily we stopped you. It was obviously intentional because 1. You honked at us before ramming into us 2. You stopped before continuing to drive into us 3. You reversed then drove straight back into the car again Sorry but there is truly no way I can see this as being anything other than intentional and blatant cop bait. In case he removes the clip. My response to Snar and all other comments: In this instance I honked, was messing around when I told you you were parked in the middle of the road, and drove away no problems. In the motd it states "Cop baiting is intentionally breaking the law or annoying a police officer in an attempt to have them arrest/confront you." In this case I was not trying to get you to confront me or arrest me I was merely just making a remark about your parking in an RP way. Causing annoyance would imply me having repeatedly distracted you or honked at you but in this instance it was only once. I would see cop bait if I repeatedly honked and yelled at you but that clearly is not the case. The whole second instance was only about 5 seconds long and for as little as I did, a warning for cop bait is very extreme. When we had our chat in PMs you went back on a couple parts of your warn which makes me believe that you warned me on impulse, maybe maybe not. But maybe from your viewpoint it may have looked like cop bait and priority rules at the time but with just a couple minutes of looking at the other side, it really wasn't.

After about a minute or two I'm driving down the road when Snar comes in my lane so I swerve out of the way but then he cuts me off.
