+support I can see this being viable, currently only e4 can stop tests, with little rp reason. If we allow testing to be interrupted for R&D it will increase the rp for them, as its quite a bit harder for them to test And for those of you saying it will be abused, if you see people raiding tests without any R&D or just for no reason, as long as they are not E4 simply report them to command. We don't need a war over this

As RnD you are not a combatant. Infil is a combatant. Your job is to research, hence military's job is to... shoot stuff

-Support I told you these rules after finding out you had solo raided as a infil, even while have RnD in your name, you doing a raid causes a breach of our SOP, if you want to do what infil can do, join military. You can double up quite easily, or if it really gets your gears grinding. Talk to HCMD
