It's obvious if low ranks in branches get demoted sometimes, but a higher rank needs a pretty good reason for that. I think the name "Investigation" could be a little worrying for some, or give a negative connotation for it.

I've wanted a reason to play again as I've always enjoyed this server. It sounds really fun to just hang out and do whatever while still doing RP as always. Why should we let you into Delta-5? I think I can be good with any task I'm put up to, with past experience I have more insight and experience on things others may not. Do you promise to uphold any and all community, server, and SOP rules and RP values? Yes. That is the least I could do, as I always try to do.
