  1. I can't be bothered to write all that much but I'm putting this out there just so if anybodies browsing the forums they know where I went. Ive been inactive for a decent amount of time now, I've been busy with work, and have lost all my motivation to play on the server. I loved Nu7, but I really found a place for myself in Utility for a minute. I enjoyed almost every second in Maint and Medical, but I seem to have angered the wrong people. It is hard to be motivated to continue playing when your progress is taken from you, and you are forced to be stuck in one position. I am upset about this, yes, but I still love utility, and have nothing but respect for its leadership. I really hope medical specifically flourishes, and I believe that medical research is currently making a comeback, which is what I wanted to see so much. I will give some shout outs to certain people that I liked while I was here, cuz why not. Gigazet: While you are weird, you and Revan were probably the two I was closest with while on the server, and I had a lot of fun hanging out with you during the late night, even when you were drunk. Revan: You and me share a lot of opinions, and I think your heart is in the right place. I know you've resigned, so I've decided to join you. Catalyst: Continue to carry Medical Research, you are the spark that will reignite the flame. Quinn: You are definitely an up and comer, and I'd love to see you go very far within Medical. GJ/Grub/Vintage: You three were the command members I interacted with the most during my time in medical, and I respect the hell out of all three of you. I would like to thank you for all the work you've put in, and making me feel so welcome. Inaccurate: You are working very hard to keep medical afloat, and I wish you nothing but the best. Solid: While you were not in medical, and I didnt talk to you for very long, I do think you are a great leader and will do amazing things. While I couldn't work with you for very long, I enjoyed my time and thank you for putting so much effort into MMF. And to everybody else in medical, I'd like to say that you should never let your ideas stay in your head, rather then just trying to stay afloat and survive in medical, make a change. Always fight to be better, no matter how hard that is. Piller and J0LT are TROLLS (Love yall tho)
  2. -Support Idk what the full situation is, however everything here just seems petty and blown out of proportion. Its not like he ruined a huge RP situation. You are also accusing him of LTAP which is not what this is, and there is no way for us to know about his irl situation during this. This is such a minor issue, bringing it to the forums is way overkill, and theres just not enough context for me to support this. Not only is the evidence spotty, but it doesn't help that apparently one of the people involved here was calling Grub slurs? Not sure what the deal is but this seems targetted and weird. You can't call people slurs because its "in RP". He shouldn't have DCed, you're right, but its not like this is a reoccuring problem, if he keeps doing it, move it to the forums, but for now take a chill pill and stop making small things big for what I can only assume is a thirst for drama.
  3. 1. What’s your In-Game Name?: Ecto 2. What’s your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:126599946 3. What is your Rank?: I currently hold the ranks of Elite Medic, Deputy Head of Medical Research, Elite Combat Medic, and Senior Field Medic. I was also handpicked for AMCU and Interrogation specialist. 4. What timezone are you in (e.g. Eastern Standard Time)?: Central time (1 hour behind eastern) 5. Total strikes you’ve ever received?: 0 6. How many warnings do you have on GL?: 8 I believe, most of them are from 2019 - 2021, so they are quite old. 7. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: Usually an 8, though I did take an LOA to get my new job sorted out, I'm usually very active ingame and on discord. 8. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)?: I believe that I should become a medical command member for three main reasons, my experience, my activity, and my dedication. Within medical, I rose through the ranks to elite medic and applied for surgeon, I was accepted however did not pass my trial period as I expressed distate with some of my fellow medical members and the glboal application system, I have come to realize that it is wrong, and I should show respect to my fellow medical members, even if I dislike them. I also hold the rank of Deputy Head of Medical Research, which I obtained after making the highest scored medical test log to date, and showing my activity within the subbranch, I decided to move myself into a leadership position and was accepted by HCMD. The first subbranch I joined was field medic, in which I quickly rose to SFM, and while I am not as active on it today, I hold a deep respect for Vintage and everybody else in fieldwork. CCU was the last subbranch I joined, however by showing competence I quickly rose to SCM, and got handpicked for Advanced Medical Combat Unit (AMCU), a job which very few people hold, and I shortly afterwards recieved Elite Combat Medic. During my time as a surgeon, and even before that, I have interacted with medical and my subbranch by making announcements, answering questions, and being a leader. I believe interacting with those who you lead is extremely important and is a must for anybody who wishes to be a profiecient member of command. I am active on discord pretty much all day, and even though I do have a job, I do try to check DMs during my breaks to respond to any questions presented. I have also shown dedication in medical, sticking out as DHMR and attempting to revive what was at the time a dead subbranch. During my time in medical research we have kept the SOP perfectly up to date, we have made a new rank (MRM), and someone who I once saw promise in has risen through the ranks and became DHMR aswell (Love the homie catalyst). I think medical research is a great example of how I will keep trying to improve things even if they seem impossible, as medical research had no active members, and was being lead by an overseer rather then a head when I took over. Medical research can still use some improvements and more activity, but we now hold two of the most promising members of medical in our ranks, with Quinn as our MRM, and Catalyst as a DHMR. While I can hardly take credit for their actions, I do like to believe I did atleast contribute to them staying in medical research, and I like to think them sticking around has benefited medical as a whole. All in all, I believe that I have the qualifications nessescary, and I want to give another shot at being command. I really enjoyed my short time as a surgeon, and I want to try again but do better this time. I do think with time I can make significant improvements to medical, and work alongside the other members of command to make medical great again. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 9-1. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do?: Lead them back to LCZ, and explain they cant be there. Make sure they have access to the SOP and point them to their area restrictions. If they are a repeat offender, consider punishment. 9-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them?: First I would get on my field medic whitelist, and I would bring them to a secluded room in medbay, or a training room. I would then hand them the SOP and go over the most important parts, such as combat healing rules, defib rules and how to use it, and our ranking structure. Of course I wouldn't read out everything to them, as I want them to display some degree of independence. If they are able to keep up and are well behaved, I will then give them their whitelist, and I would allow them to test their defib on me (this would require them killing me, however it would be in a secluded area with my full permission) 9-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do?: Explain that they are not allowed to engage in combat unless they are shot first. Hand them the SOP and point out what our RoE are. If they are a repeat offender, consider punishment.
  4. Gonna give a -Support Havent really met the guy, but application is short and undetailed, applications are a good way of measuring the writing skills of someone applying for command, and short apps make you look lackluster.
  5. Sadly gonna give a -support -Was just unbanned -Mains vlad and has a weird history with minging -Not enough time in medical since his return -Short and undetailed application
  6. Sadly giving a -Support -Short, undetailed application -History of minging (look at medical logs) -Overall iffy member of medical.
  7. +Support This would prevent repeats of the shitshow that is new map (no disrespect intended to anybody who worked on it)
  8. Former gensec goat, former warden goat, former dhos I think, easy +1

  10. +Support Best candidate for 05 ever presented to Gaminglight.
  11. -1 This app is tiny, and most of the things you plan to do are just common sense for anybody
