I have very high activity regarding the gaminglight server and I believe a great server with a welcoming community, The server has helped me get through some tough times so I would like to be able to give back and hopefully help some other people. I enjoy helping people and can get any job done once I put my mind to it. I can be a bit mingy at times but I know when to stop. I wake up just before the restart so I am able to manage the dead times and still be on during the rush hour times to help the other staff. I'm currently online schooled so I have a lot of spare time and my sleep schedule is very flexible. these are all the reasons why I believe I could be a great addition to your staff team. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? once I spectate them rdm or get a report on them I would bring them to the admin room and freeze. then once they curse at me I would gag them and check logs. assuming its 4+rdms I would try to get an admin+ online to ban. then if they leave and join back to try to get unfrozen I would bring them back and freeze them again and warn them for ltap. (ps pls update the handbook)
