I thought in the beginning that I'd been doing a good job, but as of recent that belief is faltering, and I'm certain that I've outgrown the server or the server outgrew me (more than likely the latter). I don't have much to say this time around, but to those who know me, thank you for being good friends. It's also odd that I came back when summer ended and left when it came back, that's usually the opposite for me. I write this without the usual heavy heart, tears, or shaky hands so, I think this is it this time. Peace.

I should be in CI because there are many times when CI needs numbers and they just dont have them, especially when the foundation has a few members it could spare. I want to get a proper experience of CI and stick around this time, most of the other times I have experienced CI have been with lackluster CMD and a poor mentality. Now that the server is in a better place, both toxicity and RP wise, I think I can give CI a proper try.   8. Stop dissing me!! This app is actually good. Anyhow, big +support He’s the man, the myth, the legend, Travar. From his Nu-7 days Travar was an extremely competent command member, a great friend, and mine and Emily’s first choice for taking the reigns from us for HSU. Although recently he’s had some… incidents, i believe Travar is one of the best senior command applicants thus far.
  9. Massive +Support (this ones been cooking for a while) Out of all other applicants, I believe Kari is the most straightforward yet personable options yet. Kari has a vast understanding of how branches tick/function and how to manage RP scenarios within that branch. If our goal within Nu-7 is to grow its numbers, increase valuable RP, and keep it ticking, Kari is by far the best pick for the job.
  10. +Support - Good application - Good past experiences - Maturity There are some things id like to ask, many of the things you mention doing with the sub-branches. With FTO we have constant tryouts being advertised and or held for a few weeks now. With CBRN and TRT these actions you describe are already things which the SBs can do; the problem isnt lack of access to RP resources, its a general lack in drive to do so. So i’d like to see how you’d solve that issue rather than what you proposed.

  13. +/- Support - Very Active - Good experience and reputation - However, underwhelming application as well as a lack of more in depth command prowess (I.E. understanding of how command functions) - I believe MAJ is a bit too high of a jump, but i wouldn't be opposed to a jump to CPT with training from CMD
  14. +Support - Positive community standing - Good application - Good rank experience - Just coming off of a resignation however, I want to make sure that if you were to be accepted you would be sticking around to help with the longevity of a branch. We want good command that will stay, not good command who will leave us too soon.

  17. +/- Support - Current Nu-7 Command - Activity over the course of my stay here however has been up and down and sort of inconsistent - For the position in which you are applying, it would be sort of implied that you have to work with other members of command and guide them into what to properly do as command, however I don't know if this would be something you would be exactly proficient in - Decent app
  18. +Support - I know Prox personally and he has done good things for command as a whole - Prox holds a Grade A reputation with me personally and with Nu-7 - Would overall make a good fit with the rest of the Nu-7 CMD team
  19. +/- Support You were good while you were here and held plenty of command positions. However, you haven't touched the server in 4 months, and from what i can tell, haven't actively played since November of 2022 - where in you were removed for activity a month later. I have no issue with you coming back to the server, but your activity seems extremely spotty and this application seems like it was a spur of the moment decision. I believe if anything it would be easier to adjust to an already established branch, rather than the reviving A1 which is brand new and needs the server's current minds (who are accustomed to the modern day server) to develop and grow it. All in all, the application is alright but I believe it would be in your best interest to work your way back into the server first.

  21. +Support Reputation based : I’ve heard alot about mary and an overwhelming majority of it has been nothing but positive, that has been made clear. I have no doubt in my mimd that mary would fit well in an Nu-7 CMD position, particularly with a CMD overseer position. My only concern would be the dedication and longevity of your stay here, if you truly want this position id like to see some big strides and loyalty towards the branch. Application Based : Overall it was an okay application. I would have liked to see you elaborate more on the sub branch portions as im kind of confused as to what you mean. You mention reworking sub branches to be fit against SCPs but SBs like TRT and BHM are already exemplary in these categories. You also mention Omega-7 which i am unsure if its a CC or a proposed SB replacement; if the latter i don’t believe adding an SCP specific job would be entirely beneficial. Furthermore with the rewriting of CBRN, id love to see your spin on it, but reviving that particular subbranch will take a lot of effort especially in appointing new heads and giving it more agency within site (Personally, if on the new map infectious SCPs are not a bigger issue, it would probably be best to even scrap CBRN for something more fitting or rework it to better suit a class of its calibre). Additionally on the topic of the SF, with as much as i want to bring back HSUs former glory, talks of that by the SF cmd were shut down. However, if you’re suggestion is to rework it into something else, I’d also be down to work with you on that. Overall : I just wish your app was more specific to help you get those extra brownie points in. Would love to work with you in the future if/when you get accepted.

DiscordID: PixelatedPancakes#2921 5. Why do you want to be Nu7 command: I want to be an Nu-7 LTCOL due to my vast experience with the branch and desire to improve Nu-7 as a whole. There are many people striving for this position and many who may apply for it, but out of them all I believe that I can best serve and run the branch. Out of the general server population, I am one of the members who has been a part of this server for 3+ years and the branch just as long as that. In my 3 years of playtime I have seen the command strategies that work, at what times and what situations; I’ve also seen every strategy that failed, and how much detriment those strategies brought. Nu-7 is in dire need of good command, and that starts with having good command overseers to not just help pick new command members, but to reforge and shape said command members into the budding bright future of Nu-7. Over the course of my playtime in GamingLight I have dedicated hundreds of hours into improving Nu-7 and now it’s time again for me to rise to the occasion of the branch when it needs me the most. 6. What can you offer as a member of Nu7 command: Like previously stated, I offer vast knowledge and experience of the server and how it operates. I know Nu-7 like the back of my hand and what strategies in the long run will improve the longevity of the branch. Additionally, I offer a roleplay intensive attitude that will heavily benefit the branch in the coming server updates which will keenly focus on improving the server’s roleplay atmosphere and urge the general population into actually RPing. Recently I created an informational for Nu-7 (hopefully later MTF branch wide) which helped players learn formations and how to enhance their RP to increase their enjoyment of the server; pushing for the improvement of RP seriousness and player retention. Furthermore, I have excellent teamwork prowess, having worked with all of the current sub branch leads to streamline their test forms and even condense their test result pages into one document, saving space and time for trainers. Additionally, I worked with sub branch leaders to improve the lore of their sub branches as well as ensuring that their handbooks were kept up to date and easy to read. 7. What is something you would improve upon in Nu7: Current day Nu-7 is experiencing a player drought similar to the one that it previously experienced in late 2019, this was largely due to a tanking in branch relations and the overall seriousness of the branch that it still has het to recover from. As such, I would largely work with our current and new command, to ensure they maintain proper work ethic and professionalism (as professional as you need to be for a GMOD RP) to properly do their jobs. This would serve to weed out improper command placements, while also training our current command who desire to improve, to do so. Afterwards, I would employ the use of RP strategies discussed in my informational to be more widespread across the branch, acting as a sort of campaign or movement for change across the branch’s overall mentality to roleplay and the like. 8. How are you able to help manage Nu7 as a branch: As mentioned before in the previous answers, I am very personable and open to change. As such, I would be heavily involved in interbranch relationships especially within command, ensuring that our command are getting along swell, working together, and producing an overall outstanding command team to be rivaled by none. Again, speaking with command on a 1-1 level and possibly holding seminars to teach command on how to effectively and efficiently manage the branch.
