  2. Gentlemen, the time has come, scrutiny has caught up with me, and I must leave before it gets worse, It has been a good ride, I love you all. Thank you Alpha for everything.
  3. Name: Hugo Stiglitz Rank: Colonel FTO Rank (If Applicable, SGT+): SFTO Why should you retain your rank (WO+ must respond | 150+ words): Over the course of my tenure on this server of Gaminglight I have filled out various roll calls and explained my reason why I should keep my rank. This should be known by many now, so all I am going to say is that I have risen to my position because I am a good person, I am fun, and I don't get too serious with things such as other people do. And if you really do know me, and if you have seen me at all, then you know why I am here. now to keep this over the 150+ words policy here are the lyrics to You Spin me Round (Like a Record) By the hit band Dead or Alive If I, I get to know your name Well if I, could trace your private number, baby All I know is that to me You look like you're lots of fun Open up your lovin' arms I want some, want some I set my sights on you (and no one else will do) And I, I've got to have my way now, baby All I know is that to me You look like you're having fun Open up your lovin' arms Watch out here I come You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round I got to be your friend now, baby And I would like to move in just a little bit closer All I know is that to me You look like you're lots of fun Open up your lovin' arms Watch out, here I come You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round I want your love I want your love All I know is that to me You look like you're lots of fun Open up your lovin' arms Watch out, here I come You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round You spin me right round, baby Right round like a record, baby Right round round round Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?: Lower NLR to two minutes or 1 minute 30 seconds, nobody past the rank of SFC waits the 3 minutes because its too god damn long. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  4. Name: Hugo Stiglitz Rank: Lieutenant Colonel FTO Rank: Senior Field Training Officer Why should I retain my rank: In holding this billet and job title of Lieutenant Colonel I would carefully and diligently uphold the standards set by GENSEC command, and to continue in discharging the authority delegated to the rank and grade of Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) as such given to myself by High Command from December 24th, In the year of our lord 2019. As such I will continue steadfast to the mission of properly leading and maintaining the GENSEC Officer Corps, as well as maintaining and effectively overseeing D Block when applicable to do so. Along with these duties I will continue to ascertain that no internal threats of espionage, insurgence, or malpractice finds its way into our selected corps of commissioned officers. By our lord and savior Jesus Christ I solemnly swear to continue upholding these duties as delegated to me by the higher authorities of the general security forces of the Foundation, Come hell or high water so help me God.
  5. + Competent and Caring GENSEC Command Member + well respected + quality - needs to be more active, straight up my homie. - needs to attend meetings + I give my overall support
  6. +1 A good Penguin - Could use more help in becoming better command leader - Could be a little more active, but I understand IRL issues. - You have been subject to demotions in the past, but I believe that with time and experience, anyone can become a better command leader. +1 has my support
  7. This one is mixed for me, here are my thoughts as follows: +/- Good leader but has some traits that could be worked on IMO +one of, if not then the most active trainer - I understand you want to grow GenSec, however everything you say you would do you can already do as captain, hell I even have impromptu meetings with my Lieutenants and discuss problems we are facing such as yesterday. I hardly see you on this role as of recent, granted I know you are on LOA, but you have taken a lot of LOA's recently, I understand there has been multiple irl issues regarding these, but you are getting a lot less experience than other Low Command Members -/+ In my history with you I've seen you make some bad calls and do things that were not cool, however recently I have not witnessed this, so keep that up. -You were just promoted to Captain not 10 days ago, could use more time in game and as Captain and learning about the In's and out's and so on.
  8. 1. Steam Name?: Hugo Stiglitz - USMC 2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:121686490 3. Roster Name?: SEC Captain USMC Hugo Stiglitz 4. Current Rank?: Captain 5. When were you promoted?: October 13th, 2019 6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: 2 1/2 months to 3 1/2 months 7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by Gaming Light and by the many Security guidelines?: I do solemnly swear, so help me SixTwo. 8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc..?: I do solemnly swear, so help me SixTwo. 9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower/higher rankings?: I do solemnly swear, so help me SixTwo. 10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): In many ways my want of becoming a senior command derives from the positions of those with me, not under me, or above me, but everyone who works with me in creating a stronger unit that is GENSEC. I view my existence as that of an man who serves to serve others. I want to become a Senior Command Member not because of the power, not because of the authority, but in order to strengthen and create an environment that is tailored more to the individual officer, corporal, sergeant first class, Lieutenant, and even my superiors. In order to complete not just the policy additions I will work to adopt, the removal of unnecessary scripts and training excerpts, and the introductions to new command policies that instill pride and comradery, I would need this position. This is not just for my own personal gain, but for the gain of this brotherhood that is GENSEC Throughout my time on RP communities that consisted of military backgrounds, I have grown akin to a strong command philosophy that I firmly believe differs from other unsuccessful and pretentious Commanders and Unit Leaders. This philosophy drives my personal dedication to assisting all members of the military units I take pleasure in, and consistently, effectively, and efficiently updating and enforcing command policies that strengthen and coordinate members into a force that acts as one, such is the brotherhood that military communities create. The GENSEC has a brotherhood in place, but it is not as bright, as strong, and as admirable as I have witnessed with others. I will work hand in hand with my fellow Officers, NCO's and Enlisted in adding more kindle to this light. I have had the pleasure in commanding fine military units across many military style games, using my online experience and realistic Military experiences to strengthen them into autonomous machines that, along with becoming stronger units, become more fun, more involving, and more simple for everyone involved. This Application is very similar to the one I made when I was a young 1st. Lieutenant. With the time I have put in as a Command Member I have found that I possess the same intentions as myself a little over a month ago. Since my last application for High Command I have grown more akin to the daily ins and outs of being a Captain of GENSEC and have grown to be a more competent and capable individual, who knows when to lay back and have fun with my boys. Regardless of your Biases for me or against me I love y 'all equally and hope, that even if you don't want me as one of your new Majors, then please let me know how I can improve myself for each of you. Take Care boyos. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: This situation in my eyes is perspective, however common sense would point to inexperience from the Security Officer. He may have possibly believed that he is free to wonder where he pleases due to errors in Initial Training. Fortunately I know that most JFTO's are ample trainers, and after questioning him on why he chooses to go as he please, I would either commission one of these trainers to re-educate him of the ground rules laid by said Initial Training, or I would simply educate the man myself. This situation could just as well be a one that merits a warning, slaps on the wrist and so on. However if you know that I am involved in it, know that I would see the problem resolved in an efficient manner that benefits everyone involved. 12. What would you do if an SGT was giving people permission to leave D Block?: There are few reasons in my eyes for a NCO to be giving people permission to leave D - Block, however I will entertain whoever reads this my thought of those reasons. They could consist of the Sergeant taking command and showing Steller leadership, sending people to medical with the proper escorts when direct superiors are lacking or AFK, ensuring his men under him are well equipped and ready for battle, tasking out the proper enlisted to escort researches, etc. Again this in my eye would be due to a lack of leadership by superiors leading to a situation in which the Sergeant would have to take command, which I would love to see in the proper situations that warrant it. Know ye however if the reasoning behind him sending away people is entirely unnecessary, and forces my hand in a negative manner, the response would be both appropriate and swift. 13. What do you do if an E11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I see extremely few reason for an E11 Private to take command of the entirety of GENSEC when I am active in that area, in entertaining this question however I would ask for his reasoning behind it, contact his superior officer, and tactfully inform him that I am in command (or give him the current highest ranking officers name and location) along with whichever CO's and NCO's are assisting myself. in requiring more information from either himself or his direct superior I would then proceed to make the proper command decisions that would result in the right direction being taken in this perspective situation. 14. Who is A1?(RP): Sergeant Shultz knows best: Image result for captains ranks.url
  9. I say good intention, I wholly support your sentiment to creating a document to better detail what happens within D-Block, however I understand TwoSix, I can see that it would hinder the people that have to update the entire documents section frequently. Good intention, however would create a hinderance if implemented, maybe direct message officers a sitrep report instead through discord? this would negate the documents usage and give officers more reason to act on good cookies doing good things, I myself would not mind getting daily sitreps of security doing good work, or bad eggs that need a slap or two. "GOD SPEED YOU MAGNIFICANT BASTARD"
  10. Alright first things first, Fully Automatic sniper rifles do not exist in Security, Heavy's do have Light Machine Guns in the form of the M249 S.A.W., but I have yet to see a fully automatic sniper rifle, (what is your source on this?). Regardless even with the implementation of this powerful Squad Automatic Weapon, I have seen Heavy's and Vanilla Security alike taken down by trains of D Units with melee weapons. Next thing about patrols, I have no idea what you personally think that patrols do, but the purpose of an armed patrol is as follows according to the Miriam-Webster Dictionary: PATROL noun 1a : the action of traversing a district or beat or of going the rounds along a chain of guards for observation or the maintenance of security b : the person performing such an action c : a unit of persons or vehicles employed for reconnaissance, security, or combat If your impression of Security is Oohing and aahing, then I would love to know who trained Security to do patrols like that in the first place. In my personal dictionary of the Marine Corps, Patrols are used for allied forces to stay vigilant in enemy environments, establish a known presence among possible hostiles, and reconnaissance, (or to find some trouble that's being cooked up). Having GENSEC conduct patrols the right way would establish a more firm and vigilant security force, and would increase awareness of security units itself. And in rebuttal to the last statements you made, It slightly infuriates me, however for the sake of clarity I will remain constructive with necessary criticism , that people would rather subdue change and continue with the conformity that they are used to. Sir I understand you may like to join the server every day and see the same environment you have when you became used to it, I understand adapt and change may not be one of your fortes', and I understand that you would rather that security stay at their posts and continue the tug of war Stalingrad-Slaughter. However I implore you, to instead look at the slowly degrading number of people subject to the same day-in, day-out routine, that you have become so used to yourself. If we do not at least entertain the idea of change that may not only expand peoples perception of this server, but may impact the way even you yourself were to view it, then how long will this routine continue? weeks? months? I, Security Captain Hugo Stiglitz, support this appeal. "GOD SPEED YOU MAGNIFICANT BASTARD"
  11. Name: Security Captain USMC Hugo Stiglitz Rank: Captain of General Security of the Foundation of the {REDACTED} FTO Rank (If Applicable, SGT+): Field Training Officer of General Security of the Foundation of the {DATA EXPUNGED} RCF Rank (If Applicable, CPL+): None Why should you keep your rank (WO+ must respond): I am the most capable Captain in GenSec, and I am super confidant of that answer, its not the Miccalo Ultra Dark Lager Talking here. I am fucking good at my god damn job, I am competent, caring, and fucking have the common sense to know what is right and wrong in the exact situations that account for it. I am also not a furry, and I will stay that way as long as I have a girlfriend who can keep me from going to the dark places in my mind that TwoSix tries to take me to. I am going to continue to be a fucking good Captain, and a Damn good high command when I eventually make it. Semper Fidelis Marines. Side notes (You can add but not required) I am Very Drunk, and was told to fill this out or, and I quote "THEN PERISH" When did you join Security? (Approximately): Sometime in the year 1946 Why did you join Security?: Because it was Pizza Day Anything you would like to see different in Security?: Yes, I have already told my superiors but they do not act on it because they think it would not be effective at all. Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?: I am very Depresso Expresso Drunky Wunky
  12. Rah gentlemen, This one is pretty self explanatory, as I personally have not seen a dedicated anonymous document for reporting anything that people do not want their name attached to. There is a poll attached to this post, essentially the pupose is for anyone who is not comfortable with attaching their name but wants to report anything (be it reporting someone or giving a suggestion to help change GENSEC) to command or any higher up, there can be options added on the form of who you specifically want to send it to, or it could just simply be for command. This is simply to see if people want this added, if it has a popular response I will bring it up in the security meeting on Saturday with Command about its implementation. If you do not agree please feel free to tell me why it should not be implemented If you would be so kind. "God speed you magnificent bastard!"
  13. Good Luck brother, you were a damn good leader and are gonna be missed. God Speed you Magnificent Bastard
  14. Will miss you brother, You are a damn good officer and a gentlemen, peace out.
