Question / Idea: That an artificial Intelligence could stop 173 from moving.
Background Research: On how to make a AI having the same IQ as a D-Class
Hypothesis: I think scp-173 would stop because of the AI having the same mentality as a D-class
Observations (What Happened During Test): So at first it worked but after SCP-173 found out it was not a human being he was just phasing around his cell again ignoring him.
Evidence/Visual Stimuli: Not any [Server crashed right when i was gonna make a screen but u can ask RAS Kush]
